I purchased several cars from our local Toyota dealership. Liked to doing business with them, Lifetime oil and battery is a great deal, specially if do you using your car a lot ! My Sienna is only 3 years old, but turned over 105K . The regular maintenance not smooth now, they didn???t do top of fluids last time, trying to charge for oil change...I think my name and phone # still in the computer files like original buyer w. free oil change, maintenance and battery ?!

If wasn???t because of Lino, I would have backed out, Especially Steve Lang, I would never wanna deal with him again. Steve and the manager treated told me every Toyota came with a defective? I spent 37K cash and you telling me my new truck have a defective?
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Our past new cars have always been bought through Middletown Toyota because we receive such wonderful service. The staff have always been very helpful and attentive the minute we walk in through the door! Toyota is a wonderful product and we have always been happy with every car we have bought. We love our new Rav! I personally still love my hatchback Yaris (2010)
Outstanding customer service. I’m unable to speak and they made the process seamless. Paul was extremely helpful and answered every question we had. Sadly their vehicle was outside of the factory bumper to bumper warranty.
Everything was seamless right from the initial phone call. Bob Russo followed through every step of the way. Liz Brennan could not have been nicer to deal with. Everything above board and by the book.
I was in and out in two hours and driving my new (to me) Corvette back home.

This is the fourth car that we've bought from A1 Toyota. Three of the purchases were handled by Dado and were quite pleasant. One deal with Manny was not. We are satisfied with the workings of the rest of the dealership with one exception. The manufacturers put soy based wire covers in the motor of our 2011 Prius. Mice get into our garage and have caused havoc. AI Toyota has charged us with the expenses which this mistake has entailed. We live on a country wooded acre. Our cats keep mice from the house but do not patrol the garage. We'll end this by repeating that it is a pleasure to do business with Dado
Great experience, Al was Great! I have financed twice before with other dealerships and its the typical spending hours to discuss, finalize & drive away with a car.. Branhaven was the opposite! Super helpful in discussing what my best options were, the whole process was smooth and quick! Picked up my car and signed all my paperwork in just about an hour, they were very understanding that i had a not so helpful schedule. Love my new Jeep Compass!
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.
My two contacts were with Harry The salesman and Steve in the finance department. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Let me just start by saying I live two hrs from this dealership and Harry made the one day prossess a pleasant experience. Steve in the finance department was also completely professional and answered all my questions with confidence and knowledge. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people I know, and will definitely consider this dealership in future vehicle purchases.
If you are looking for a dealer that doesn’t pressure you or forces you to decide this is the place. Our salesman Ron is amazing! No pressure, very knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure. Ray the Manager is a very low key manager who wants the customer to be happy with everything to do with the car buying process.

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.
