My experience with Clearwater Toyota was excellent. Sales person very helpful in deciphering add ons, extra care and "explaining" it. It took only a day to find a new car I was searching for. The day they retrieved the M/V from another dealer they did everything with DMV etc and I was driving my new car home that same day.
Cindy, as always, is very professional and knows her field. While this was a normal check up of the car, she made sure that it was in good shape when I came and picked it up. By that I mean she suggested the car needed its tune up, which I did not even think about.
The 2 issues. Every time, the last couple of years, I get service someone comes out from the dealer and asks if I want to trade in my car. This request is unsolicited and not asked for. Also, today, the day after the service I rec'd an e-mail from Auto Nation reminding me to service my car. It was just serviced.
Throughout the whole week kevin was exceptional in not only his customer service but his knowledge of the product. I had multiple quotes from other dealerships but kevin was understanding and accommodating for any need that i had.
Martin and Dwayne went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my recent purchase. I've followed Dwayne to different dealerships with a couple previous purchases and I would do the same with Martin. These guys are honest and humble, a rare trate in car salesmen.
Thanks for a fantastic overall experience! Everything was extremely painless and easy. Paperwork was ready when I arrived and our new 4Runner was beautifully detailed ahead of time. Price was right and everyone we dealt with was courteous (irony alert), professional and friendly.
As always Courtesy Toyota brought there A game. Had an exceptional experience with the staff as well as the maintenance on my Tundra. I was able to get in and out of there rather quickly on a very busy day.
I was there for oil change on my car, didn???t have appointment scheduled, despite that they provided services and washed my car upon request, though waiting was bit longer, I returned home clean car😀😀😀. I thank Toyota services and employee Mostafa for good services
Alan is a very knowledgeable and patient salesman. He made our experience very easy and went way above and beyond. Toyota will be our lifetime choice for our future cars with Alan. We have never had someone follow up with us after our buying experience. Alan truly cares about his customers!
The service assistant, Juan De los Santos was very helpful. Everything fine. I also chatted with Bruno Constantinescu, the gentleman who sold me the car. I am always satisfied with the people at a Stadium Toyota.
I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.
I was totally satisfied with Stadium Toyota Service Dept. My Service Advisor Sue Ann was very helpful and I could not have asked for a more professional , knowledgeable advisor.
