A little oil change and tire rotation almost turned into a bad accident. After leaving the dealer i heard a little noise coming from the front drivers side. As soon as i had an opportunity i pulled over and every bolt on the front tire was loose. I was able to get the lug wrench from the trunk and tighten just enough to get back to the dealer. I was lucky i pulled over in time avoiding a disaster and a nice lawsuit if something worse happened. I know this is not everyone, but they need a quality check to avoid mishaps.
The service has been excellent. I truly believe that the representative made me feel like I was a very important person. I would recommend all of my friends and family. I am enjoying my vehicle and the assurance that I am in good hands.

I had a wonderful experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The salesperson offered beverages and snacks during my wait time which made the processing time very enjoyable. He went over the vehicle in full detail which made the use of all the new functions easy to use. I would definitely recommend Brown’s Toyota.
