I have had my 2006 Toyota Avalon serviced at AutoNation of Fort Myers for since 2006. I have always been treated fairly and quality of work is excellent. I am always made to feel I am a valued customer and many times AutoNation has gone the extra mile to assure my customer satisfaction. It has been a pleasure doing business with them.
I like the fact that they try to work with you and they do their best to help you find what you want in your price range. The dealer was very professional and understanding. I would definitely recommend who ever wants a car to speak to Kevin Longwell. He’s your guy.
Our salesman, Joe Collins, made buying this car a pleasant experience. He’s calm, knowledgeable, patient and does what he says. He followed through after the sale to ask if we had questions about the vehicle etc.
I was looking for a TRD Pro 4Runner and made an inquiry over the Internet as I live up in Tampa. I was responded to by sales/leasing consultant Brieanna Rau straight away and between herself then her manager Randy Towne, they answered all my questions and even got me a sight unseen figure on my trade. I had a 2015 Range Rover and instead of lowballing me like all the other dealers did at first try, these guys were straight up and so they received my business, its as simple as that! When I drove down there to pick up my new 2019 4Runner, the deal they offered was just like they said, no last minute problems or BS to listen to. I am very happy with my purchase. So if you are in the market for a new or preowned Toyota, Brieanna is probably on maternity leave right now but with an extra mouth to feed, be sure to ask for her other half who works in the pre owned department. I took my Tacoma in for routine service at 128,000 miles. My service rep took the trouble to check past maintenance events to help me make some decisions and avoid unnecessary expenses. My service was completed in a timely manner. I would like to see the waiting area equipped with more work stations with electrical outlets and charging stations so customers with laptops, cell phones, etc., can work while they wait.
Amazing customer service all very polite and helpful on trying to make sure your happiness is achieved. When I was not sure about the vehicle I was originally mistreated in they helped me find a car around the price and model I wanted.
