My parents bought all of their cars through Wilmes for a pretty long time. After my parents passed, I ended up having to sell mom's camaro back to them per her probate, and Randy Hamm oversaw my first new car purchase. Since then I've had two more brand new cars. Nobody has given me the treatment Randy did, till about a year ago. I moved away. My little old wireless company I worked for doesn't exist in Tampa Florida. I'm looking at you US Cellular. No, you can't get calls on their network here either lol. Anyways. Instead of selling phones, I decided to sell cars. 1/2 of my success I blame on stubbornness. The rest, that Wilmes customer service that has stuck with me all of these years. People! You want to buy a car here! If you're in Altus Oklahoma there is no reason not to! If I could, I would fly home for my next Camaro and drive it back down here. (I don't sell Chevy, but I'm a Chevy girl. Shh!) I'm serious when I tell you that the rest of the world isn't going to give you small town service. They're going to forget you when you leave. They're not going to remember your name. They're not going to send you cards and cookies and make you feel valued. I mean, some of us will. Thanks for showing me the way Randy! Big city volume stores love down home country girls. Lol!

Drove 70 miles to look at a very specific Toyota Camry. It turned out to be worth the trip. Worked with Todd Salazar and GM- Dave Brooker. After listening to my buying concerns, Todd recommended a different Camry. I am glad he did and ended up buying the car he recommended. Throughout the process they listened and were very helpful. I would highly recommend their dealership. I have purchased many cars and this was without question the best experience I have ever had.

Bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4 from Kolosso Toyota from Isaiah Stewart and couldn???t be more happy. Isaiah along with everybody at the dealership was very helpful and made sure every need/want was met and beyond. I felt so welcome and not at all presumed. The team made sure we left feeling completely happy and sure of our purchase. My experience at this dealership was very pleasant. The employees were very warm and helpful. The decision was all too easy for me to make, and it took absolutely zero pressure from any salesperson. That was perhaps one thing I liked the most. It was excellent working with See, and the dealership as a whole made the process very easy and smooth for me. So I’m writing this for Bryan my salesman. I have a daughter and I told him I would need a fast and simple transaction. He went above and beyond from finding the prefect vehicle to making sure we stayed cool when moving everything over to my new car. He fully explained everything since it was a big upgrade for me. I’ve had problems with their service department but he has been doing everything on his end to fix the problem. I have told many of my friends that if they need a new car Bryan is the man to see.
Our salesperson, Zachery, was a great help and extremely nice to work with. We came in looking at trucks and ended up buying a 2018 Toyota Sequoia, fully loaded. This is our 2nd Toyota and I hope it last as long as the first one, 200,000 miles and no break-downs. I am a Toyota believer.

They sat down and took the time to listen to what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay and made it happen. I had already been to a couple of other dealers and can tell you that the personal attention they give separates them from the rest.
This car is loaded with so many navigation features that it's a bit overwhelming! But they sat in the car with me and spent as much time as I needed to get it set up and walked through it all.
I was a 20+ year loyal West Herr customer and did not receive the type of treatment I would expect, but the team at Fuccillio Toyota in Grand Island went above and beyond!
I arranged the deal for my 2018 Forester on-line as I live 7 hours away in West Virginia. I first found the vehicle I wanted and was then swept away by the ease with which the deal was made...and it was a GREAT deal or I wouldn't have traveled 7 hours and paid for a motel and rental car to take ownership. My salesperson, David Saint, did everything I would try to do for my customers if I had his job. The general manager introduced himself to me and asked if there was anything he could do; he also gave me a dealership gift. My experiences at other dealerships have not been this pleasant. I was made to feel that I am more important than my money and I like that very much.
Went in on a whim to see what they had to offer not expecting to walk out with a brand new car. I told them what I had to work with, and they put me in a car I liked and with a nice monthly payment. I was in and out in just a few hours. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
