I had leased my last Nissan Rogue here and decided to speak with Steve about getting a new one now that my lease has ended. I cannot thank him enough for his professional approach to every aspect of the deal. I had shopped around the week before I came because i knew I had wanted to get my car from Baron again. I asked Steve to please give me his best price up front and to avoid the haggling. He immediately gave me the bottom line number (which truly was better than anyone else had mentioned). No games were played and the professionalism that was exhibited through the whole process made it such a pleasant experience. This dealership does what most marketers out there do so I was not very surprised. However, I felt uncomfortable, pressured and dominated by the sales team. In trying to inquire and gather relevant information pertaining to my purchase, the sales team expressed a feeling of time lost on their end; ???which means I was wasting their time and I needed to seal the deal ASAP???. I felt like I needed a day to make up my mind, but they got very angry at me and one of them spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone of voice, but I kept my cool. They also asked that I make a deposit if I needed to come the next day. I didn???t like the fact that I had to deposit any money on my first visit but I cooperated anyway because they had already projected guilt on me. If I were to rewind time, I wouldn???t visit this particular dealership. The good thing is they worked with me to fit my budget and they were able to accommodate some of my financial request. And oh, they gave me a slice of pizza too! Overall I would say this dealership is competent with paperwork and efficiency in their office work flow, but they need a lot of improvement in the way they speak to their clients.

We love it! This is by far the most comfortable truck that we have owned. Toyota's new safety features are what convinced us to purchase a new 2018 Tacoma. Another additional benefit is the resale value.
We returned our leased 2015 Jeep and re-leased a new 2018 Jeep. The dealership was very accommodating - met our price parameters, absorbed remaining payments, examined the vehicle for any damages, and took possession for transfer back to Fusion Financial Group.. The lease company came back to us (over nine months later) and demanded over $2k for excessive damages.. Atlantic Jeep-Chrysler (Peter Zorzy - VP Operations/Lianne Dunne - Administrator) came to our defense and in-fact absorbed a negotiated settlement, They were polite, professional and very supportive, They saved the day. Highly recommend Atlantic Jeep . . . suggest NEVER using Fusion Financial Group.. .

I live in a rural area and finally got tired of wrangling my garbage cans in the back seat of my Volvo wagon for my monthly trip to the dump. I had the wagon 15 years and it was still good but I decided with no kids I no longer needed a station wagon I needed a truck. I love it. It is practical, has great resale value if or when I tire of it, my friends say I look "badass" in it and if I decide I want to run away, I can hitch an airstream Nest to it and take off. What's not to like?
Christopher Gallo in the service department really helped me find out why my Toyota matrix was shaking so much. The service department went above and beyond and helped me find more issues that I will come do service for in the future. There prices where fair and my service advisor made sure my car was in good hands at all times. He even got me a shuttle ride home to since I was stranded in New Rochelle.

Tacoma is very sharp looking truck. It has a very smooth ride and four prople sit comfortable. The wireless charger for Iphone is awesome feature for the truck.

I wasn't expecting to buy only to meet the online direct sales person and see what they had in stock of the remaining last year's models. They gave me decent $$$ for a trade in and although I didn't get the color I really wanted they gave me a great deal on the cilajet sealant (helps protect paint & surfaces recommended by car collectors like Jay Leno and Jerry Seinfeld). I wish the computer would provide fuel MPG info like Honda & other vehicles do. Otherwise, its way cool to own a brand new Tacoma.
Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

good vehicle a few things that I would change, put 4x4 control in a different area not next to blower motor control with the same knob, also 6 speed auto trans does to much searching in hills of Pa, also more seat to roof height for entry if your a big guy 6'2 285lbs
The interior is spartan but it has everything it needs. The drivetrain isn't a big computer-controlled mess, making maintenance simple. The vehicle does have some nice technological innovations that offer a degree of safety and comfort (lane detection and radar-assisted cruise control are nice). The seats are a place to sit, not super comfy but not uncomfortable by any stretch. The higher level trims may have a different story to tell. I particularly love the composite truck bed. Never have to worry about rust or scratches. The V6 offers plenty of horses and torque for daily driving AND is decent on gas, currently I average 20MPG city driving.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

Very nice and knowledgeable salesmen. I was pushed around and ignored at 4 other dealerships and about to give up when a friend recommend Toyota of Massapequa. They didn't talk down to me at all and they were very sympathetic about my budget and credit situation. I had $1500 to put down and needed to be under $300 per month. The salesman,Ali explained to me how a RAV4 would be to much money to achieve that payment. He showed me a Nissan rouge and everything worked out perfectly!!!! They got me approved and my payment was less than I expected. They also gave me 1 year of free maintenance free of charge. I will recommend all of my family and friends.
after we agreed to what the salesman offered knowing that we pay cash he went to the boss and the boss said that we pay cash and the deal is for financing.
