Kyle, Joel and Riley are the dream team of car salesmen. They were all incredibly friendly, eager to help and great at what they did. They were able to get me the best deal for my trade in, made test driving and financing easy and were very open and honest through out the entire transaction. Would definitely go back again next time I need a car!
I did an extensive internet search for the exact car we were looking for and Royal Moore (along with 3 other OR dealerships) had that car. Royal Moore had the best pricing hands-down. Zach Rangel worked with us over the phone to work out the sale and access our trade-in from afar. Compared to the other dealerships I worked with Zach was the best - he wasn't too aggressive, didn't call me 10x a day, was straight and to the point. When we arrived at Royal Moore to pick up our car, we worked with Golda, Nick Lee & Nate in finance. I would say our only complaint was that it took a bit long to work through the finance end of things - but we did purchase through a business (which they said takes longer). There also was some confusion / miscommunication about the interest rates, but in the end it all worked out. Overall, great pricing, great people, fair trade-in value. Thanks!
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
I only go to this location because of Mitchell. I have struggled in the past with communication and thoroughness of work. Mitchell takes the time to ensure I understand, delivers on what he promises and reads me as a customer. If and when you lose him you will lose me!!
Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I had called ahead and gave a time that I would be there. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. They made the whole process effortless on our part.
I really recommend this dealer to my friend, I think they keep very good contacts with customers, and they treat customers as friends. When I have questions about the cars, the dealer helped me and answered me my questions.
I bought a 2000 Chevy Camaro from West Coast Auto Enthusiasts. The ad for my vehicle was very accurate, honest and thorough. I bought the car based on photos and a vidio, the description was spot on, Todd was great on the description. I live on the east coast and trusted WCAE add. When the car was delivered it was better than I could have imagined. I would buy from Todd and Sydney again and again!
Our sales associate was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying through a dealership and he made it very easy. The car was in very good condition and the miles were excellent. They wouldn???t lower the price any, or remove the anti-theft code fee, but I feel like we still got a great deal, and they were pleasant to work with. We were able to drive the car off the lot that night and it???s been a great car so far!
We worked with Kristin DeMars right from the start. We had done prior research and knew we wanted a Rav4. She listened to our wants and needs and found a couple cars that met our criteria. She thoroughly explained what options were available on the different models. After our test drive, she gave us time to discuss our options. There was no pressure at any time to purchase.
