I had test driven a Ford C-Max Energi in 2014 and completely fell in love. I knew that was the next car for me. But unfortunately do to timing and circumstances I was not able to buy one. Still, I knew this would be my next car. Whenever I would have a bad day, I would go on Ford’s website and build the car I wanted with all the options and colors choices I wanted. I even saved one of them I had built in a pdf file to reference when I didn’t have internet connection.
This year when Ford announced they would no longer be producing the C-Max in the US I knew it was time for me get my dream car. I went to a local dealership and got the run around. They said since the car isn’t being produced, they can’t get the car with all the options I wanted. They tried to get me to compromise. I felt uncomfortable and pressured into something I didn’t want to do. I left in tears thinking I would never own the Ford C-Max of my dreams.
Then my boyfriend called and said he found a nearly new one in New Hampshire in the exact color with all the options I wanted. He started making the calls on my behalf. Craig the sales representative was always available and even though the transaction was made across states, made me feel like I was sitting right in front of him. The entire Portsmouth team did their best to answer all my questions. Signing the paperwork was seamless and easy. They even set up delivery from NH to TX. When my car arrived before I thought it would, I was overjoyed and estatic.

I recently purchased my 2012 Honda Accord EX-L Coupe 3.5L V6 from here. This is one of the most beautiful and awe inspiring cars that I have ever seen, I'm honestly in love with my car. Pre-owned Ira also accepted my trade in, and for a reasonable price as well. I had the best time dealing with the vehicle salesmen Stephen James. He was absolutely wonderful. At this dealership, they have greatly priced vehicles to start with and are still even able to negotiate. The purchase was made easy, and everything was explained thoroughly. I even was invited to get coffees anytime that i'm in the area and chat with Stephen, and since I work at the Walgreens right across the street, I am a frequent visitor. I couldn't ask for a better experience. This is the dealership you should go to first when looking for a beautiful pre-owned vehicle. If only I could rate above 5 stars.

Jeff and his boss Dave have been super helpful and I must admit convincing. The offer made on a new leased Highlander was spot on and the chosen vehicle and color was coming to the dealership the same week. I find the admin side of the selling process surprisingly contrasted: a high tech desk wide touch screen to facilitate the contract process, then a bunch of 20th century carbon copy forms screeched out by a pin drive printer. Too long, and so 1.0! Fortunately Mark knows what he's doing and made it through as efficiently as possible. Thanks to the sales team.
I had been to a couple dealerships prior to here to test drive different SUV???s to see what I wanted which also meant I had to deal with many different salesman at each place. Gary was friendly and honest (which is what won me over). The other dealerships tried to take advantage of me with their sales pitch games and creative gimmicks to make you feel that I can???t get that deal anywhere else so you buy from them but I am huge on costumer service and that???s what sealed the deal to buy from Gary!
