This dealership does what most marketers out there do so I was not very surprised. However, I felt uncomfortable, pressured and dominated by the sales team. In trying to inquire and gather relevant information pertaining to my purchase, the sales team expressed a feeling of time lost on their end; ???which means I was wasting their time and I needed to seal the deal ASAP???. I felt like I needed a day to make up my mind, but they got very angry at me and one of them spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone of voice, but I kept my cool. They also asked that I make a deposit if I needed to come the next day. I didn???t like the fact that I had to deposit any money on my first visit but I cooperated anyway because they had already projected guilt on me. If I were to rewind time, I wouldn???t visit this particular dealership. The good thing is they worked with me to fit my budget and they were able to accommodate some of my financial request. And oh, they gave me a slice of pizza too! Overall I would say this dealership is competent with paperwork and efficiency in their office work flow, but they need a lot of improvement in the way they speak to their clients.
I had leased my last Nissan Rogue here and decided to speak with Steve about getting a new one now that my lease has ended. I cannot thank him enough for his professional approach to every aspect of the deal. I had shopped around the week before I came because i knew I had wanted to get my car from Baron again. I asked Steve to please give me his best price up front and to avoid the haggling. He immediately gave me the bottom line number (which truly was better than anyone else had mentioned). No games were played and the professionalism that was exhibited through the whole process made it such a pleasant experience. I normally do not write reviews, but this instance certainly merits the praise. I highly recommend Steve and baron Nissan! Thank you!
The service was very good. I was met quickly and my car taking in by the valet. Mathew Rivera completed my paperwork and answered all of my questions. my car service was completed quickly and all my questions answered.
I walked in with no appointment and was taken immediately and treated with respect and consideration. the waiting area is very pleasant and i hasd my car back in an acceptable amount of time. I'd recommend them to all.
The service center is very honest they always give you a price before the work is done and the work is done professionally and they never caught corners. I never had an issue for the last 20 years. Excellent service advisors and technicians.

I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I was helped immediately by Robert who was friendly and conscientious. I also appreciated the frequent communications to keep me informed about the service on my vehicle. Robert was very helpful and took extra time to answer my questions and make sure my car was handled properly. I will be happy to service my car again at the Huntington Toyota service center.
No real pressure to up sell you on normal service. There is always something that needs to be done. They also did there best to keep the cost down and give me all the discounts they could.. I do prefer to go to the dealership even knowing i could get it cheaper at a local garage.. I feel that if they continue to give discounts and try to reduce the overall bill, they will have a steady customer base.
Very good service. Advisor was very helpful. Prices are a little high but I???M ok with it. Will bring back to Toyota of Huntington service again. Wayne Weinstein was very good.
