My husband and I were vacationing in the Wilmington area when we realized we had a headlight out. We scheduled a service appointment, expecting to leave it for a couple of hours however, after arriving, the service advisor was able to immediately diagnose the problem, we purchased the part and he installed it. We were in and out within 15 minutes!!!!
I bring my Prius here for maintenance, and I also bought one from the sales department.
The service is always quick and spot on. The internet is fast enough, and there's also an overnight dropoff if its needed.
The sales team is competent, fast and can make amazing things happen.
My husband and I appreciate the respect and time that was given to us us the best deal possible I also would recommend for Iran and Chris mentor Estevan to mold him to be a manager. Please know that the other man clay is not a good fit for your site he just does not have the people skills there is no heart when he speaks with any of the customer that we witness so dry again opportunity to maybe look at this and chance to really reflect on how he makes customers feel.
We had a great experience in purchasing our new vehicle. Andrew Foraker and Clay Scroff were professional through-out, straight-forward in finding a vehicle that would fit in our budget, and fun to work with. Their facility is beautiful and even decorated with a wonderful Christmas tree.
Excellent shop and dealership. I declined choosing to likely pay $400 or so for a new mirror install on a 13 YO Scion, but have changed my mind. It is not reasonable to refuse a repair on a mirror that appeared new & car that was very cheap to start with and on which a repair would not be very noticeable. If you insist, I've decided to change my mind & have you mount a new mirror. 1234 Brinton or whomever is welcome to call me & arrange scheduling to install when convenient. THANK YOU
I had a 7 am appointment. Got their early and there was 6 cars ahead of me. I was quoted at a 2 hour wait. It actually took an hour and a half. The chairs were comfortable and there was coffee, donuts, and fruit. There were several tv's to watch.
Keith was very knowledgeable, professional, and was able to answer all questions we had. Recieved a quick approval.The whole process was very quick. I would highly recommend Keith and Lakeland Dodge. Hands down best car experience!
Have bought several vehicles here before. Salesman great, service department good, facilities nice......the worst financing experience. Go get your own from other source. Terrible...rude..unprofessional....Did my research before I got there ....I knew the interest rates....was given a high rate with an 800 credit score..??? Are you serious????? when I questioned him, attitude, defense and rudeness set in...I went and got my own financing at the rate he told me wasn’t even available or possible, all within an hour. I have never been talked to like that in any dealership and I have owned many different kinds of vehicles in my many years of buying....not to say I am old, but I am not a rookie or first time buyer by any means.
Easy to work with. Easy in and out. Once we made the deal, it only took 20 minutes to get me out the door. I was in and out in less than an hour, including test drive, negotiation, and processing the sale!
It???s beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here!

I didn???t expect to get to trade in a car I just bought a year ago but it happened at Toyota of Cleveland. My sales rep, Matt, went above and beyond to make this happen for me. My son and I came to this dealership to look at a used car. Hendrik is the quintessential salesman! Very professional yet personable, and low key overall. Just the right combination for us. We were able to take the car to our mechanic 10 minutes away from the dealership. The car passed inspection. Our only hesitations were the problem history of those cars made in that year combined with the price. We left to think about the purchase (and may return to buy the car). But we met Hendrik and would have no qualms about buying the right car from him. We highly recommend Hendrik!

They ordered the exact Camry we wanted. They are a fantastic Dealership, laid back, friendly and know how to treat Customers. There's no pressure to buy anything you don't want.
