Noah came through with our selling deal. He coordinated some service work promised in my deal of my used vehicle purchase. Service dept needs some better human interaction. (mostly in driving up to the doors). Today's keys are a pain. Dealerships should supply 2 sets of keys. Putting a car up for sale should be looked at closer by the techs. My idling issue had to be dealt with after purchase. A bit inconvenient, but Noah gave us a loaner.
Steve Manley was my Service Advisor to do some repairs to my F250. Steve streamlined the process and handled every aspect of my visit and repair like it was his own truck. I am disappointed in the lack of storage space in the front seats. The paint scratches easily. Future designs should include a place to put a box of tissue and other necessities. The glove compartment is too small. The car is very comfortable and I really like it other than storage and paint.
This is my third VW, so clearly I prefer VW's. The service department has always been an asset to the dealership...and so important to having a customer return to the dealership. After all, once you've bought the car, the rest of your life with it involves the service department.

Overall when i finalized my deal about my car, i was pleased with the dealership and can’t say anything bad about anybody. The salesman, Iman, was wonderful and worked hard and Chad and Louie were wonderful.
