Don't know that I would go anywhere else. Very responsive sales folks. Good quality used cars. Treat you like family. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks Chris Drew John and John in finance you were all very easy to work with.
So far they have been the most helpful in my search for a manual shift light vehicle like the spark or a ear new Yaris to tow behind my motorhome. Will likely purchase in December. Looking for a spark LT manual transmission with gray exterior.
We cant say enough of our experience at the Bellingham Toyota dealership. Crystal Mervyn was our first contact. Very professional! With her quick response and online quotes she brought us to the dealership. Crystal Glynn closed the deal on not one but two vehicles. Very smooth process. Wendy Hugo made the finance portion look so easy. All three show a high level of knowledge and are very professional in what they do and should be commended for their great attitude and hard work.
Everyone we came in contact with was helpful and friendly! Purchasing a new vehicle can be a mixture of emotions (overwhelming, exhausting, exciting) and they made it feel like a breeze. We are in love with our new 4Runner!
My service rep (Daniel) was professional,knowledgeable and efficient. Other Toyota service centers were good in the past but Bellingham was the best I ever encountered. Matt Newman was fantastic with helping us find the vehicle we wanted and needed for our family. We met with him a couple different times to review inventory and options. He really understood what my wife was looking for, and what would work best for her. He was easy to work with over price, and helped up find exactly what we wanted. We will be purchasing our next vehicles from him. We then worked with Marisa to secure financing for our vehicle. I had already worked to secure a loan, but she was able to find even better rates for us from a local reputable credit union. While there I also chatted with Matt Baughn in the Parts department. A great knowledgeable guy who answered all my questions. Thanks to these three for an easy relaxed purchasing experience.

Tony B. met us in the parking lot. Very casual, no pressure. Not like the other dealerships we went to. They made us feel like fresh meat at a piranha convention! We test drove a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer. We were looking for a pickup but had no luck after 2 weeks up and down the I5 corridor from Seattle to Bellingham. Tony B. was very patient and polite. The experience was refreshing to say the least.
So, we bought what we needed, (NEEDED not WANTED. I wanted a Lamborghini Countach but my wife said it would be difficult to fit a tow hitch on it).
Shout out also to Jeff. He helped us out by arranging a couple of fixes to the vehicle. Needless to say we were very impressed by the service. All-in-all a very pleasant experience. When we win the Lotto we will buy all our future vehicles from Dewey Griffin.
I was more looking for specific SUV with a third row and I stumbled on this dealership do to a posting on cars.com. the car was exactly what I was looking for and it was at a good price I didn't even have to negotiate it down as it was a good price that they were asking for this Expedition, it's condition and the the miles on the vehicle. My salesman was Michael Sullivan and the entire purchase went smoothly. I would recommend this dealership two other people if they have the car you're looking for on their lot or can find it for you at a good cost.
I dealt a little with Joe and then majority with Mark and I highly recommend either of them or anyone here. Mark was upfront and honest the whole time and did the best he could on getting me an excellent deal and watching out for me.
I am an out of state buyer and purchased a 2010 Infiniti QX56 from By Design Auto Group. They made the process very easy from start to finish. They even picked us up from the airport in our vehicle so I was able to drive it before finalizing everything and had everything checked out for our long drive home. When a mechanical issue arose while we were a few states away I contacted them right away. Both Jason and Stephanie were extremely helpful and genuinely concerned that we were stranded far from home. They offered a few different solutions for us, all of which were very fair and even favorable for us. They went above and beyond what they could have done. The integrity of both of them as well as their dealership is outstanding. The customer service is exceptional, even after the fact. Everyone we told our story to back home is amazed at our experience and how rare that is. I cannot say enough good things about them and I highly recommend them!
I made an appointment in advance (which I recommend), and I received on-time service. Damian was my service representative, and he was both professional and kind. When the service was complete, he reviewed the service record of all the things they did and checked. He was clear in his explanations and patient with my questions. Service was completed within the time estimate I was given at the beginning. Also, thanks for the free exterior car wash that you provide -- it always feels good to drive away with a clean car in good repair.
Joshua Treat was both very busy and absolutely with me and my wife when we came in to buy a car. Since we had a COSTCO relationship established there was no bickering over price and no hassle. We got a Bolt, which is a different breed of vehicle than a gas powered one, and Joshua gave us enough information to get out of the dealership with no mishaps. Maybe a little more practical advice about how to use/deal with an Electric Vehicle would be nice, but that is very hard to give just the right amount. Excellent service, and so far it appears to be an excellent choice for vehicle.
