My 2010 had 317,000 miles when I bought my 2021. I absolutely love the changes that toyota has made. My 2021 is a perfect truck for comfort and reliability.

We bought a nice RAV4 from Team with the help from Rick who did a great job with helping us with selecting a vehicle, very happy with our new vehicle.

This vehicle seems to be an outstanding vehicle for its class. The only reason that I'm not giving it five stars for comfort is that it rides like a truck -- which is what its supposed to be, but quite comfortable for a truck. The other four star rating I gave it was because it was not available with a manual transmission. Again, it's a truck, not a car and trucks, as working vehicles should be available with a manual transmission -- but people today don't want to actually have to DRIVE a vehicl.

So this was my first new vehicle purchase as well as being my first truck. Jake was very informative and efficient with the buying process. Big shout out to Walter too for crunching numbers and getting me the best rate like a beast! Would definitely buy from Phillips again!

Love this truck's features and look! Only criticism is leg room in backseat! Other than that, it is a great truck that will hold its value and build equity well! 9.5/10

I bought my 2017 in spring of 2020 with 27k miles for $27k. I was specifically looking for a TRD Sport, manual trans. The Tacoma is the only manual trans truck produced anymore. I currently have 80k miles on it now and the blue book still shows it at $23k-$24k. I have not had any issues with it. I have done my own maintenance (oil changes and just recently front brake pads). The 2017 was the last year before they added all the safety stuff with the cruise controls. I'm glad I don't have that stuff. I also have the map system in my factory head unit and don't have to rely on the Apple carplay or Android auto apps. There was some discomfort in the seat. It was easily resolved with items that can be purchased to adjust the seat to your liking. There are a lot of complaints on the power and fuel mileage. Really?? Its a truck. Its not a sports car or compact sedan. Its not going to get the greatest mileage or set land speed records. If you want something that always starts, never leaves you stranded, and you can count on everyday, this is the one. If you want something that you want to spend a bunch of money repairing, you may want to look elsewhere.

I was in and out in less than an Hour. Everyone was very pleasant, the paperwork was explained in detail. They allowed me to leave my other vehicle there until someone took me to pick it up. From the time I entered ti the time I left I felt very comfortable.

Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

In the hills of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia or anywhere there’s a big hill/mountain do not expect engine performance. It’s get up and go is gone!

I love my Tacoma. I've always been a GMC person, but wasn't happy with their smaller pickup options. I made the jump to a Tacoma and I've already driven it across the country. I was very comfortable, extremely happy with performance.

After 15 years with my previous Tacoma TRD Offroad, I bought the same vehicle to replace it. I really wasn't ready to replace it but the 24's don't excite me with the 4 cylinder turbo and I figured the longer I wait, the harder it would be to find a discontinued 6 cylinder in new condition. I got lucky and found a 3 month old 23 with 1,400 miles on it. I think Toyota screwed up with the 24 models, they cheapened them in many ways, crap engine, thinner frame, less underbody protection. Basically, they made them for people who don't want or need a truck but like the image.

Great little truck. will pretty much do all you need. Although comfort and engine are very lackluster. If you're tall, 6' and up. Buy the seat jackers you will need them. Autostart is very clunky as the engine shuts off when you open the door (so basically the same wear and tear as AutoStart/stop). the toyota app is not even on the table if you don't pay the subscription.

Purchased this truck new ten years ago, four door, six foot bed, towing package- fuel mileage is not the best (16mpg avg) due to the towing gear ratio, however I tow a lot of boats up to 22 feet and have never had a problem. Currently have 80,000 miles with only routine manufacturer recommended maintenance. Only negative, my wife finds the truck too long (19 feet) for the mall parking spaces.

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

For what it's worth, I am in my 50s and have bought about 20 cars over my lifetime. I live in NY have bought cars online/remotely from FL, CA, UT, PA, OH and MA. I'm a particular fan of 1997-2001 Lexus ES 300s so I was very interested when a 2001 Lexus ES 300 showed up on Wheels Unlimited's website. The car listed at Wheels Unlimited had only 54k miles but the price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay (having purchased more than 8 of these cars over the past 15 years, I knew what a good price was and, like every customer, I was hoping to get a better deal than what was listed on the website). Like everyone else, I tried to find customer feedback wherever I could... google, yelp, cars.com, facebook, cargurus, you name it... The fact that the overwhelming customer feedback was so good was both encouraging but also caused concern that the results might have been "scrubbed" or manipulated. The only negative comments I saw were from customers who said that the dealership was asking too much and unwilling to come down on price (no idea how much reduction they were asking, just that they were displeased with the unwillingness of the dealership to accommodate). Almost all of the responses gave high praise to John Steffens and the dealership for reasonableness and ultimate satisfaction in the transaction. Cars were listed responsibly and accurately and the prices were consistent therewith. The asking price for the 2001 Lexus ES 300 that I was interested in was significantly higher than any of the figures I could find from Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds, NADA or any other online valuation tool. From an online perspective, pictures of the car looked immaculate and the overall condition was impeccable but I have had bad deals before. I called John and asked about the car and he told me it was excellent. I believed what he said because everything about him is very professional and honest, but was still a bit apprehensive because the car was more expensive than any of the others I purchased previously. Bottom-line is that although I was apprehensive in buying an older car without seeing it first-hand, I trusted John's description and the way he worked with me to accommodate my flight into Chicago and bus ride to Valparaiso. I've never been more delighted! The car was even better than John described - truly immaculate! John is an excellent salesman and I actually trust him completely. Not only would I do this deal 1000 times out of 1000, I would actually consider commissioning him to purchase other cars for me because he truly cares about the cars he sells and the folks to whom he sells them. The fact that he did not come down on price as much as I would have liked is not a negative, it's just quite reasonable because the cars are so good. I think that they spend time selecting only a few cars that they can represent with good conscience as opposed to flooding the lot and selling a poor product from time to time. The fact that they prescreen their offerings so conscientiously makes me want to buy from them again and again - unfortunately for me, 1997-2001 Lexus ES 300s like the one I got don't come around too often. To whatever extent such customer feedback can help you in your decision, know that I sincerely loved buying this car from John/Wheels Unlimited and am stating that I believe you can trust him/them as well. This is my 3rd Toyota truck 2022 (5th Toyota) I’ve only had this for a week and so far I’m loving the way it drives. All the plastic on interior, not so much. It looks okay but feel cheap. My biggest complaint so far is the all the cup holders are a tad to small for my water bottle, which I take everywhere I go and the color options in the model I wanted. I may have to ask my grandson to trade me back for my 2002 model or perhaps trade up when the new one comes out… we’ll see

This was my best car buying experience ever. Gerard Dumas greeted me when I cam in and answered all my questions, accompanied me on the test drive and walked the lot as we looked at color option. He never pressured me for a sale, asked when I wanted to buy. He simply provide information. When I asked for a price he found the GM - Pat Dazzo and gave me a great starting price. Once we agreed on specifics, they found acquired the vehicle with the options color I wanted within 24 hours and closed the deal. Pat and Gerard could not have been more professional and helpful. After the sales Gerard called to made sure everything was going well with the car. Fantastic experience overall.

I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.

I purchased a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder from Zeigler Nissan in Orland Park. I found out about the frame replacement due to holes in too late and was able to get in on it at the very end. So, mine has an upgraded commercial frame which has zero holes in it from the manufacturing process. They also did the front-end new ball joints and a bunch of other things. Was a Great deal. Now approaching 140,000 miles and still running strong. No oil leaks on the engine or transmission. Regular maintenance on it has been done to keep it in great shape!

I have only ever bought cars from Berwyn Kia and have also referred many family members and friends. Oraya (sales woman) and Jose (sales manager) and Victor (finance) were great! I love that they make the car buying experience such a breeze!!

So far I am very pleased with my Toyota Tacoma, it is more than I expected and the biggest surprise is the low interior noise and the smooth ride. I was able to go down to south Florida (Pembroke Pine area with my three kid and they enjoyed the ride. Every time we are going some where they want me to take the Tacoma instead of my wife Honda mini van.

This was the smoothest car buying experience I've had. Samir, our salesman, was not pushy and just told us the facts, and was fun to talk to about just regular stuff. Sadi in financing made the paperwork process which and painless. I came in with a price that I saw that didn't match their current price, but they honored mine, and I appreciate that. The only problem in this truck is no power seat and heater control only does one side . Real view mirror is to small . Other than that great truck !!

Best buying experience ever. After shopping other dealers all week. Going around getting the run around. I contacted Continetal via their website. I sent them text message containing pictures of my trade, trade amounts offered by other dealers, and my offer to buy their truck. Two text messages later Mustafa and I agreed to a price. One phone call to seal the deal that took two minutes, and finally 1 hour at dealership. I was in the car business for 4 years know a good deal when I see one. Thier numbers are spot on. Not only fair but priced like friends and family. Nothing was promised or said that they could not do. I have bought well over 100 cars in my 48 years and have had few people as considerate and honest as Leo and Mustafa! I can't say enough good things about them. Best deal in 200 miles and painless to deal with. I know every trick in the book and advertising falsehood...they didnt hide the rebate to keep as their profit and gave me special financing. Cannot express how refreshing it is to deal with people like they are. It usually takes 2 days, 100 texts, and 6 phone calls to make the deal they made in minutes. The new 4th Gen taco. It took some time to grow on me. But the style is much better then other mid size trucks on the market. It's great truck for what you need to do with it. With the massive 14 inch screen all new digital dashboard. New interior seats. Nice wide body shape. And it handles extremely well on the roads. Sure I wish Toyota would have made the rear leg room little wider. And added a step to the bed area. But overall it's a great a truck. The performance of the stock 2.4 turbo charge engine will move the truck.

Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks
