Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited.
I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making.
Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.

Simple recall on my '16 Prius... these folks gave .e a heads up that it was coming, an appointment to fix it quickly after we called.. a safety check and no-pressure feedback on a minor problem we encountered... compare with another dealer who has not called us back after contacting them twice about the recall.
My husband and I planned on trading in our leased Toyota truck with the intention of leasing another vehicle. We planned on "looking" around, but after speaking with Glenn, he made our visit comfortable in a manner that we did not feel pressured. Glenn understood that this was not our first time in a car dealership and therefore, we knew what we wanted regarding price, etc. He respected that and addressed our requests in a straightforward and respectful manner. I live in New York, and was initially leery of buying a car out of state, but this is my kind of shopping...Highly recommend this dealership and especially Ross Jefferson, who goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied...
I called a couple dealerships before coming across Drum Hill Autos. I spoke with John. He answered my call after hours and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle.
I came to the dealership the following day, test drove the vehicle and ultimately made the purchase.
I did NOT have to pay Mass sales tax and John personally delivered the vehicle to me in NH.
