On Monday December 3rd our family went car shopping for my daughter at Johnson Toyota in Middletown and were met by Brian a Johnston sales representative.. from the first time we met until the end of our visit we were treated with the utmost respect. And our questions and concerns were answered we were treated like human beings not just a number. Brian's goal was to make us happy and to get us the best deal possible which he succeeded. Wonderful operation from top to bottom. I visited 7 dealers in 3 days. The staff made the decision easy, very easy. Melissa my sales associate is a total professional who takes pride in her work and the company she represents. A pure pleasure, now I see why Lexus has the highest repeat ownership and this dealer is a perfect example of that excellence.
While having my Ram 1500 lease serviced which is ending in 2/19 I wondered into the sales dept saw a Charger AWD that I was interested in I sat in the vehicle and was thinking this is my next lease vehicle I WAS IGNORED BY THE ALL THE SALESMAN WHO SEEMED MORE INTERESTED IN THEIR PHONES OR TELLING A STORY!!!!! NOT ONE ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP ME !!!!
This is a great place. I purchased a new Tacoma recently. David was my salesperson. Randy was my finance manager. Everything went smooth and Randy even lowered the price of the truck to buy a warranty! It was practically free! I highly recommend this place!

No way, not today, we're not signing anything today, not without going home and thinking about the car we chose at the numbers presented to us. Even if its a good deal. Boy were we wrong. The whole team were extremely nice and very professional. Aaron G was very professional, very polite and accommodating and never pushy. They made it extremely hard to walk away because they addressed all of our concerns immediately and even when they beat the heck out of our price point, Ron would come over and do one better. This is our third time buying a Toyota, our second time buying from Prestige and I guarantee that we will be back. Thanks guys.
Just bought my second Mini Cooper from this dealer. From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect. The sales associate Spiro Borgris is the best...knowledgeable, patient, caring, and so willing to assist me and make sure that I am totally happy and satisfied with my purchase. He is always spot on with everything. I always tell everyone I know how great Spiro is.
We were greeted by Christopher,salesman, who shows us the car we were interested in. Listened to everything we wanted in the car and followed through on almost everything we wanted. This salesman was excellent and tried to accommodate us in every way without pressing us on a sale. We had gone to 2 different dealerships in the Rockland area and another one in Jersey before we went to Prestige, on route 17, If and when we buy another car we will go directly to this dealership and not waste anymore time looking elsewhere. Also, after we purchased our car and picked it up the next day Christopher greeted us and had our car waiting, after it was detailed. In this department we met Ken who explained the workings of the car and I would also recommend him highly. As you can see, we were completely satisfied.
Stopped at dealer late in the afternoon for an oil change. I did not have an appointment and expected that I would have to make an appointment. They told me it could be done in an hour. They checked my wheel alignment, changed my oil, and washed my car in the hour.
Having bought numerous cars both new and used over the years at various dealerships, this was the first experience that I didn???t feel pressured to buy. The service and communication were excellent throughout the process. I worked with Brian Ruperti and his service was excellent, I would highly recommend asking for him when you walk through the door.
After 10 years and almost 250,000 I reluctantly traded in my RAV4. While I looked at other suvs and almost purchased a crosstrek whenbit came down to it, I purchased another RAV4. In using Johnston???s where all of my siblings have also purchased their cars, I knew I would feel most comfortable back there. I work with Danny and he was fantastic. He was patient and made the whole process seamless. Once I finished all the paperwork I knew I had made the right decision. Thank you Danny for such a great experience.
