I got linked up to Bob's via Cars.com. Bob's Auto Ranch webpage was very informative, a lot of photos and even videos of the cars I was looking at. I was very impressed with the price points and general quality of the cars they were offering at prices that don't make you pass over them. We worked with Rob. He was professional. Our negotiations easily came to an agreeable sum and we bought what we think is a great car.
Cheapest Car I Have Ever Owned

This was my first car that I bought over a decade ago now. back in 2005 I was almost 16 had a summer job and thought heck I want to buy myself a car fix it up and have something to drive right away when I got my license. there was a decent condition 1992 grey Tercel sitting a few doors down I seen in sitting in one spot forever one day in the summer I seen the owner out in his yard and started talking to him about the car. it started and ran no problem but did not drive went into gear but made a horrid grinding noise. my step dad being a mechanic of Japanese cars came down after to hear it and have a look. well in any case he knew what it was but did not want to say it around the owner. needless to say the cheapest car I will ever buy in my life time, I offered him $200 and he took it in a heart beat. we pushed it a few doors down to the garage closed the door popped off the wheels my step dad hammered in the axle, it was fixed and good to go again. it did burn oil when i bought it (common on old engines) Changed the valve seals did a complete tune up and it ran like a dream. the only time the car cost me a decent chunk is when I accidentally drained the diff and the transmission meaning to just drain the transmission, well transmission had fluid diff did not get refilled (rookie mistake) I felt like impressing my step dad at 16 yrs old and wanted to do it completely by my self no input from him like usual. it drove for 2 weeks without fluid in the diff we could not figure out the source of this weird creaking noise during that time. one day I needed to head over to the shop my step dad works at, I was on the highway when the diff failed. I made it to his shop but stopped once cause the car started jerking like crazy like the engine was about to seize so I checked all the fluids I could etc all looked good my step dad checked it out before I left nothing out of the ordinary (no longer on the highway producing high heat) I made it past two under passes suddenly the car starts shaking and jerking violently i go from 100kmh to 0 in a moments time tires screeching no brakes applied stalled out thought my engine died. well was in the fast lane too very dangerous situation. managed to start it and limp it to the side of the road where i phoned my step dad to pick me up. later that day it was towed to the shop and he found out that I by mistake drained the diff too. $350 later for a used transmission and half a day learning how to change a transmission later it was back on the road as if nothing happened. I bought it at 185000 kms it went all over canada by the time I owned it had all the documents in the glove box when I bought it logging the kms when it reached each capital city, the maintenance done at those kms. Oil/fluid changes, brake maintenance, control arms and bearings (common wear and tear items) is all i ever needed to do on this car and the tires once. I only ever spent max $1500 in the entire 7 years of ownership. my sister was rear ended by a pickup truck, Tercel was left with no damage the trucks bumper did not fair as well. our insurance company wrote it off due to age sadly. anything 10 years or older as of 2005 in my province is a write off if any claims are made on the car, they want all old cars off the road is the reason. I would be rocking it as my winter beater today if I still owned it and that accident never happened. these are bullet proof cars they only die if you purposely try or make a silly mistake like myself there. otherwise they just keep on going.

We are so happy with our purchase from M&M . We were greeted very warmly by Andrew who showed us exactly what we asked for, a 2010 Toyota Corolla . He was very courteous and knowledgeable. My wife and I really enjoyed our buying experience. We got there pretty late but didn’t feel rushed into anything. we will continue to use this dealership in the future. We highly recommend you visit them!

23 years and never had to repair it!

I bought mine new in 94 and drove it for 23 years. Never broke down, always started, and got me where I needed to go. Comfort level could have been better. Paint oxidized on every one I ever saw. Engine wasn't terribly powerful. Upholstery cracked due to elements. It had all of the issues I've heard other owners of the 94 had. Overall, it was an awesome car. It was hard to let it go but I needed something newer.

Most reliable,gas efficient car EVER

Best car ever.. most reliable. I honestly think this car film class they don't make them like this anymore and they really really should dependability like it's been years since I've had to do it any kind of maintenance like serious maintenance other than that the gas is amazing go from California to Utah on one tank of gas (when it was $2.99 a gallon haha) I've seriously would buy this car over and over and over again if I could it's been in my family for about 10-15 years and it's the best car I've ever owned or driven that handles great and you will not find a more dependable reliable car ever if you have a chance buy it if you have a chance to use one try it ...it may not be all fancy like most newer cars but overall is a car for those' simple, in it for the long haul' type owner .. if you want something that's going to stick and get you to point a b c d and beyond ...this car is the way to go. You won't regret it !!!

A real gem

I amazed at the reliability of this unassuming little car - it just keeps going and going. I'm the original owner and the repairs have been minimal - a starter and one electronic gizmo from the emission control system. It's also wonderful to park. Of course, no one over the age of 8 can sit comfortably in the back seat but you can't have everything.

We went in to just "Look" , Keith Jackson was very friendly and put no pressure on us to buy. We ended up buying our Ford Edge right then. The process was very quick and easy. He then took us to see Christopher Gillum who was very courteous and friendly. Christopher took it upon himself and went above and beyond to get us the best rate possible and made the car buying experience the "BEST" we have ever had. If you want a hassle free experience go in and ask for Christopher Gillum!

I love my old '97 Tercel Blackhawk limited edition, has a spoiler! Rebuilt the engine. Has 276,000+ miles on her. Has all the power and zip I need. Fun car to drive. Get one if you can. Well worth the investment IF it has been lovingly taken care of, like mine.

Great Sales and service

My Frist Toyota! Stopped in out of a whim after shopping Cabela's on the other side of RT. 61, after dealing with a salesman who was out for a walk around the build during his break I ended up with a good deal almost $2000 less than any of the dealers in the Lehigh Valley with NO PRESSURE to buy right then and there. I Left and tried to bet the deal and after 3 weeks I went back and bought the 4Runner. Their service department has treated my wife and I great every time we've taken the 4Runner in for regular service. Only Problem I've had was a damaged center cap on a wheel which they replaced with no question. MINOR, Compared to some of the problems I had at other dealerships I've dealt with in my 40 + years of driving and I've dealt with all the major brand names, non-brand name, large and small sized dealers. I Would recommend Freedom Toyota in Hamburg to my family and friends!
Toyota Doesn't Make Cars Like This Any More

My mom gave me this car w/ 276,000 miles on it and it is still going strong. Of course, she drove it very gingerly and always kept up with the maintenance. The number one reason I love this car: it is simply very fun to drive! This car is a tiny featherweight compared to today's bloated "econo" cars, so 93 hp is plenty and acceleration feels immediate and strong (it's a 4-speed manual), not to mention that you can peg the speedometer to 110 with little drama. It's crazy how quick this little junker is, actually. It also has non-power, mechanical rack-and-pinion steering, which gives it a go-kart feel (it'll work out your forearms too!). Add to that about 40 mpg on 87 octane and it just makes sense. It's not the coolest looking car on the road, but it's got an old-school vibe. I actually still see quite a few these cars (as well as mid-90s Honda Civics) on the road during my commute, so people out there are still lovin' these things. I hate their replacements for these (the Echo and Yaris) -- they are ugly and slow in comparison. Old-school Toyota rules!

The service and attention to my needs were way above and beyond the normal car buying experience. The sales person --Matt Sanders-- was Amazing. I set the appointment up with him for my elderly parents, 81 & 75 yrs . I explained prior what they were looking for. He was so understanding and patient with my parents . Just Amazing service hands down . I'm 57 and was the best car buying experience of my life, My parents said the same thing. Between us 3 , we are talking about 40+ car buying experiences. So I can tell you , if you shopping for a new car, Matt Sanders at St. Charles Nissan is the one you want. This is not normal for me to even fill out review, much less a review with such praise. Take it for what it's worth. Ask for Matt Sanders and you also will find yourself wanting to praise the service you receive.

I was searching for a used SUV, late model, and they gave me a few options for what they had available. The sales assoc. was very knowledgeable of the inventory and helpful in searching for what I needed.
Given the chance, BUY IT.

I got this car when my grandfather died a little over 3 years ago. I'm really rough on this car (I drive it like a new car, basically). Even though I drive like a mad man, it still runs like a beauty. She's never laid down on me. I've had to replace my front axle twice, but that's only because of rough terrain and stuff like that, not because of the car itself. But this car can get up to 40MPG if you drive it correctly. It's really light, so driving past tractor trailers aren't exactly a thrill ride. But all-in-all, I have zero complaints about this car. It's definitely the best car for a new driver, too. It handles WONDERFULLY. I drive fast, and driving in curves is a dream. Also, there are very few blind spots. And the two that I have noticed are very small blind spots. The only downfall is that even a car door can dent this car. My car has never been wrecked (other than my husband got rear-ended in it. All it did was chip the paint. And it was a hard impact), so I don't know how it handles in a bad wreck. I hope this review helps! Seriously though, if you get the chance to buy this car, definitely get it. You won't regret it one bit! :) Oh! One last downfall. It is not made for tall people, nor overweight people. I'm 5'3" at 230 pounds, and I fit perfectly. My husband is 6'5" at around 350 pounds, so he tends to be uncomfortable in my car. And there is little-to-know leg room in the back seat. And as short as I am, I have to have the driver's seat ALL the way back...So you can imagine how my husband feels when he drives it, haha. Anyway, if you can deal with that, get this car! :D
