Pulled in to the service department and was quickly greeted by a service rep. It didn???t take long to get the ball rolling. I was then ushered in to the waiting area and offered something to drink and a snack. After a while I was sent a video of a service tech performing the service routine. It didn???t seem like I was there very long when my Tundra was ready. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. I???ll be back.
While traveling cross country in my 2017 Winnebago, we blew an AC line 50 miles east of Amarillo on the 4th of July. The great service people at Gene Messer got us in before 8:00 am on the 5th and had the problem diagnosed by 10:00 am. Replacement part ordered, delivered and installed the next morning. Job completed and MH back on the road by 10:30 am. Great service, great people! They really helped minimize impact to our travel plans.
Excellent service. Met immediately upon arrival. Facility was very nice. Personnel were friendly and courteous. I would recommend Street Toyota to any potiential vehicle buyer as their service department is 1st rate.
