First estimate to have new tires installed was 12pm, then 1:45pm, then 4pm. It was too late by then so I had to pick the car up the next day. I wasted a day waiting for my car. They did give me a loaner though so that was good
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I am the proud owner of two Toyotas. Last week I had to bring one of my cars for maintenance to Toyota of El Cajon. I was greeted by service advisor David Anderson, he was very knowledgeable of products he explained everything In details and I got a complementary car wash which my car really needed. The next day I brought my other Toyota for repair and service. I had the pleasure to meeting the General Manager Gary Kamansky he was a very pleasant person and I was treated like a family. I do recommend Toyota of El Cajon for your next purchase or service if you ever have an issue or concern don’t hastate to talk with Gary he will be very glad to talk to you…………. I found my dealer of choice for service, repair and next purchase you should give it a try too
Went to look at a 2012 ford fusion. The salesman was nice and polite.Even told me I could keep the car over night. The cars was clean and in good shape and almost $2000 under blue book value. Brought the car the next morning.They even took my old 98 Subaru that was not in good shape for trade in. So much better then other car lot I has been to. no pressure selling.
