Great team to deal with! I called ahead and Robert was prepared for my visit. Both Robert and David made the experience a personal one. It felt like I've knew them for years! Recently bought a car through Tempe Jeep and had and extraordinary customer service with salesman Jerry! He was very helpful and I was happy with the customer service throughout my buy. This is my 3rd new car from Coulter, that in itself says volumes. Allen was great as always, our 2018 Terrain is wonderful and sits nicely next to the Acadia Limited I bought the last time. I highly recommend Coulter to anyone wanting to purchase their next vehicle.
I had been searching for a while for a specific vehicle for my 18 year old (Kia Soul). We found one at a very unexpected dealership, Mercedes Benz of Chandler. Ed Riddle contacted me immediately and upon visiting the lot to check the vehicle, Ed was very helpful and made the decision to buy from him very easy. No pressure, were treated as if we were buying a Benz and not a Kia. Great experience.
I had been looking for a 4runner for the past few months and I wasn???t in any rush to purchase one. Specifically because of past and present experiences at major branded dealerships. Last year at Camelback Toyota I spent a total of 8 hours purchasing a new Camry, arguing and being miss treated and I really didn???t want to do it all over again. Luckily I did find certified preowned 4runner at Avondale Toyota within my price range and I happen to come across a great person name Scheldon Ward. This man here is a truly incredible person. He helped reach my monthly financial goal and put me in to my dream car. The process was quick and painless. The amount time and effort Scheldon took to ensure all of my needs and questions were taken care of was outstanding. All while keeping a great enthusiastic attitude and all around good vibe. He made this purchase very fun and enjoyable. I will be returning here to purchase my next vehicle and I will not hesitate to recommend Scheldon as well as Avondale Toyota to any who is looking to a purchase a new car.

It took a bit but worked out a great deal with them. Also, I had an Instant Cash Buyout from KBB which made trading in my old car super easy. The only down side was it took FOREVER to get to the finance team. I understand it was busy, but if you're going to have a sale...staff for the sale in all areas! Overall though I was pleased. Juan my salesman was excellent!
As a widow, I am always leery buying a vehicle without a man around to give me advice. No need to worry with Scottsdale Auto Online. I dealt with Jamie...with some humorous banter with his father Jim....they are a great team, and made me feel very comfortable with my decision.
Absolutely no pressure to purchase, that’s very different isn’t it!

Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.
Made an appointment at another dealership for a lube and oil, other dealership took 20 minutes before they even greeted me for my appointment, then gave me a ridiculous quote for an oil change. Said thanks for waiting my time and hauled over to Coulter Infiniti. I apologized for just dropping in and asked if it was possible to get an oil change done that day. Scott said sure and squeezed me in, said it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. By the time I was done talking with him my car was in the air, and was completed just shy of an hour, including the wash. I appreciate the service greatly and will return, with an appointment of course.
We did some pre-negotiations before we got to the dealership and expected a bait and switch. Non of that! And Adrian was awesome to work with and made it so much easier. We had to leave in a rush after buying the car and he made sure we came back at another date to make sure we knew how all the technology worked. It was so much easier working with someone we feel we could trust.
I bought my first car in 1955 and many since. The experience with most dealers ranged from poor to very good. My experience at Tempe Honda caught me unawares because it was so extraordinarily good. This started with Francine's chat, continued with rescheduling an earlier time to fit my schedule (at the last minute) and extra effort to find another part that was requested when I signed in. The free shuttle was a wonderful convenience - quick response. Check out was beyond expectations for ease.
