Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.

I was searching for a new/used car. I used Cars.com to search for a Toyota Highlander. Carmax in Ft. Worth, TX was one of my choices. The car shown online was EXACTLY as shown when I saw it-the pics and details provided about the car were so accurate, there wasn't a need for alot of "wheeling and dealing". I emailed Carmax regarding my interest, late at night. Not only did I receive an email within 1 hour, the next day I received a phone call from Mr. Ben Arbour, the person who would eventually sale me the car. He walked me through their process, got me pre-approved over the phone, so that all that was left to do when I got to the office was to get the trade-in value on the car I was trading, test drive the new car & sign paperwork to purchase. I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander that was a 1 owner car with approx. 13,700 miles. I recommend Carmax to anyone looking to get another car. They were great!!! The customer service is GREAT!!!
My wife and I took our 2017 Ford Edge for service. Two minutes after we pulled over, the assistant manager approached us and inquired of our needs. Our car was left with her for service. We were directed to go to the spacious waiting room. Later, the assistant manager came and escorted us to the customer service for payment while explaining to us the abc of great health for our suv.
Everyone was a pleasure to work with! I highly William and Ralph on the Used Car side. I was coming to them from Louisiana, they made sure to have the car detailed and filled with gas when I got there. They also worked to get things done as quick as possible, being they knew I was traveling.
Started out online by completing a credit app. The sales team was quick to respond and made the entire process very easy. I actually think the time I spent at the dealership is the least amount of time I have EVER had to spend! Karen was very courteous and really took a lot of the pressure off the entire buying process. I had been searching for a tundra for a month and found one online through car fax late at night. I emailed to see if it was available and received a response immediately. Forkan was my contact and he was extremely helpful. My wife and I had been planning on visiting a closet dealership in the morning but I thought I try the Plano Toyota because the listed price was really good. Let???s just say it was worth the hour drive from Fort Worth because everyone at the Plano dealership, especially Forkan we???re so helpful and made the experience great.
Mr. Shaervin and Mr. Musthaba was nice and kind to help is with all questions and finance aid. They did what they could. However the documentation was not much centralized as the file move officers started calling for the missing documents one the go which is not likable. Otherwise we had good experience.
