Robert was very knowledgeable and took time carefully explaining all the features of our 2018 Rav4. He did not try to sell us more vehicle than we needed. He listened to our many questions and made our purchase go very smoothly.
This makes our third car from Cain Toyota. Our first (2005 Corolla) and second (2013 Camry) Cain Toyota cars are still in the family and is still on the road after 14 years. Monday, I found the car I wanted, a super low mileage 2017 Corolla. Because I am a man and I will do whatever I want whenever I want I had to ask my wife if it was OK first. Well long story short, after I left Cain Toyota the car was sold. I found out the next day when I called the salesman to make a hold deposit. Oh well, maybe next time. Wednesday I got a call from Sam Warther and he said they had a 2018 Corolla go on the lot at same price as the 2017 that I wanted. This time the wife came with me and she drove the Corolla. And end of story. Like I said this is Toyota number 3 from Cain for good reason. Great cars and great dealership. We even found out that the salesman that got us into our first Toyota was still selling cars with Cain Toyota. Long solid steady track record of great cars for an excellent dealership.
Just purchased my second Subaru from Huebner and Jackie Dewitt, and highly recommend this dealership. They provide great service, have the best Subaru prices in the area, and answer all questions without any of the normal sales pressure.

I am especially impressed with Melanie Krill’s efforts and professionalism to help me find the right fit vehicle and help overcome the objections I’ve had. She is an excellent Sales professional. Wife and I were looking for a used truck. We found several we were interested in. The sales person on his first day working for the dealership explained the different warranties for each one. There was a couple of issues that concerned me and he and the parts department worked everything out to my satisfaction. The financial person was very organized and made the transaction very painless. I have used the service department several times and plan to keep doing so. If I am ever in need of another vehicle, my 1st visit will be with Sarchione Ford.
I can't think of a more knowledgeable staff. The courtesy and efficiency are unmatched in satisfying old and new customers alike on the sales floor and in the service areas. The quality of time with each customer and the deep knowledge of each style of vehicle that is available is noticeable during each visit. I, as a customer of Don Joseph Toyota can't be more pleased.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
As usual, recent, routine service appointment went according to plan with no surprises. Service advisor, Andrew, was courteous and efficient. Waited while service was performed and car was ready sooner than promised.
