Bought a used BMW from Eurocars a few weeks ago. The car was in great condition and looked fantastic, their paint guys did a great job in fixing minor damage that was present. We worked with Greg Baker, who bent over backwards to make sure I knew everything I needed since I live far away and was not able to inspect the vehicle before actually going to buy it. Greg sent both pictures and a video and made sure to honestly point out any issues with the car, and also made sure the paint guys did a good job rectifying these minor issues.
The process of buying the car when we made our way to the dealer was quick and painless, we already had financing taken care of, and Greg advised that they would not be able to secure better terms than our credit union, (which I already knew, so his honesty was greatly appreciated). After completing a test drive, we had all the paperwork taken care of in a matter of minutes before we went on our way.
The car was bought as is, which is expected for a used car, but it was in excellent condition so we were not too worried.
Four days later the car has a check engine light, long story short, it cost us 1000$ to fix.
We contacted Greg and explained the situation, and he quickly got back to us and offered that the dealership would pay half the cost of the repair. This was more than I could ever expect from a used car dealership, and a very nice surprise.
I would absolutely buy another car from Greg and Eurocars, they are honest and clearly they stand by the products they sell.
