My wife and I took our 2017 Ford Edge for service. Two minutes after we pulled over, the assistant manager approached us and inquired of our needs. Our car was left with her for service. We were directed to go to the spacious waiting room. Later, the assistant manager came and escorted us to the customer service for payment while explaining to us the abc of great health for our suv.
Bought a used car through Cars.com. The entire experience was superlative. Steve was very helpful confirming details about the car before a long drive to the dealership. Perry did an excellent job taking care of us when we arrived at the dealership, and was very understanding when we took a prolonged test drive. The finance department had all of the documentation prepared and ready for us to sign, so the buying process was beyond efficient. I can’t imagine things going more smoothly. If only all car buying experiences were this easy!

Eugene was great, he???s very knowledgeable, nice person, so patient,. Buying a new car with all the technology can be intimidating,, but Eugene explained everything to me, he is so patient , he spent a lot of time making sure I was comfortable with all the gadgets, , and now I???m having so much fun with my new Eclipse. Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.

I was searching for a new/used car. I used Cars.com to search for a Toyota Highlander. Carmax in Ft. Worth, TX was one of my choices. The car shown online was EXACTLY as shown when I saw it-the pics and details provided about the car were so accurate, there wasn't a need for alot of "wheeling and dealing". I emailed Carmax regarding my interest, late at night. Not only did I receive an email within 1 hour, the next day I received a phone call from Mr. Ben Arbour, the person who would eventually sale me the car. He walked me through their process, got me pre-approved over the phone, so that all that was left to do when I got to the office was to get the trade-in value on the car I was trading, test drive the new car & sign paperwork to purchase. I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander that was a 1 owner car with approx. 13,700 miles. I recommend Carmax to anyone looking to get another car. They were great!!! The customer service is GREAT!!!
I was in a time crunch to get the deal made due to my work schedule. They did a fantastic job making sure to have all paperwork and everything ready to go before I arrived to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend these guys.

Brought my truck in yesterday for 15000 maintenance and was watching the tech get in my truck. First thought it was non professional climbing in with a drink in his hand. As he was backing up he kept hitting the brakes hard as he was playing with another employee as if he was going to hit him. Then as he drove forward to park my truck to work on it he spun the tires. I don't treat my truck way so I don't expect anyone else to. I asked a service tech if there was any reason for him to spin my tires as he took off. He said no sir.. I didn't report it to the manger cause I didn't wanna cause a fuss. With the young techs unprofessional attitude he won't last long he will slip with the wrong person.
Mike Brown Ford was a huge help for my daughters first car. Miss Cindy was very helpful from the get go, not only got to know myself but my daughter as well and her wants and needs for her first vehicle. She went above and beyond thru the whole process in which we are very grateful. Ty who we signed the papers with was awesome as well got us in and out in minutes! Very hard to find sometimes but I have to say I will for sure send family and friends to Mike Brown Ford in Granbury. A huge shout out to Miss Cindy I feel like we???ve walked away with a friend as well from this awesome car buying experience.
