As a busy working Mom, Derek made this process perfect and within my schedule. He answered all my questions in a timely manner (even the silly questions). He made everything happen on my schedule and the signing and pick up of the vehicle only took 20 minutes! Great guy to work with! He even put my car seat in perfectly! Derek was fantastic! If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. Customer service was amazing. Best part, no pressure. Just me and my laptop, looking at all the cars until I found what I wanted. Just do your homework on the vehicle, you can't go wrong!!!!! I had very specific requirements and Vroom was the only place that had what I wanted. They offered me blue book on the trade in and the purchase with no haggling. The car was as described. The lighting on their pictures was off so much I thought the interior was gray and not black. Luckily I'm fine with black. Customer service has been great. Delivery was fast. The car came with a white residue all over it, I guess the soap they use; I had to work hard to get it off. They delivered it to me in a public place with no gas. The fuel light was on. I wanted to drive around the parking lot and acclimate my self to the car but I felt immense time pressure to get to a gas station and as a result hit the road without even adjusting the mirrors. Kind of dangerous. Right now they are having a problem getting me the title almost two months after purchase; not sure if it's Vroom's fault but at least they are politely keeping me up to date and sending me a replacement drive-out tag since the first one is about to expire. As scary as it was buying a car online, I'd say overall it has gone well and I would recommend Vroom. Be aware that the contract forces you to give up your right to sue in court. You can opt out by sending a letter to Vroom's lawyers in New York.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Brought my car in for a service campaign update and I was worried about a noise from the transmission and their technician was able to determine where and what is causing it. They corrected the problem and no worries. Thanks Toyota of Greenville!!

Couldn't find a Camry hybrid (LE) within 150 mi. of Tallahassee. Was in NC for summer and Mike Burrell of Bryan Easler offered to order one. Was allowed to pick color and only the options I wanted, at a substantial discount from retail. As promised, car came in 10 weeks.
We knew about this dealership because, while waiting to have our 2010 Prius serviced there, a man from Asheville said that he still came back to Hendersonville to buy his cars and have his car serviced.
Very happy with Camry hybrid (LE) as it gets only 1 mpg less than 2010 Prius while larger, quieter, better ride, and handling.
I was hesitant to go in due to my credit score however my car was on its last leg. I asked for Smitty who immediately let me know they'd take care of me. I was then handed over to Brandon. Brandon was knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful. He and the finance department went over and beyond to put me in a 2019 Corolla SE. Recently decided to purchase a new Scion FR-S. I sent emails to all dealers within a 250 mile radius of my house. I simply stated the exact vehicle I was looking for and requested to be contacted via email if the dealer could meet my request. As expected some did not reply, some just signed me up for spam, some wanted to speak via phone (despite my email only request), and a few listened and sent me a quote as requested. Toyota of Easley not only offered the best price, but my salesperson (Kayla Kelley) was extremely friendly, listened to my request, followed through on commitments, and was always available to discuss the purchase. I drove down three days after first contacting them and picked up my new car. No unexpected surprises or service contract selling pressure, just a straight forward, great buying experience. I would not hesitate in returning and highly recommend giving them the chance to earn your business.

I took my new (to me) 911 Porsche Turbo S to this dealer for difficult and detailed repairs to the leather dash and a defective transmission mount, both of which were covered by the factory warranty. The work by Neal was perfect and flawless which was necessary because I plan to enter the car in Porsche coucours competitions and other events. Scott did a wonderful job in making sure that the repairs were covered by Porsche as they should have been. He also did a great service in finding me me a rental car while the work was being completed. In addition to the excellent workmanship, these guys got my auto back at the exact time they promised which is unheard of in this day and time. This morning my husband had a wreck and by this afternoon they had us in a new car. They treated my husband and I like family and took care of every last detail.
