I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Even a simple tire repair on their warranty program was worth the drive down. Our appointment time was honored, and in less than 90 minutes total, the tire was repaired, their general checkup service was completed and the truck had been washed. Some advice was given on a couple small things to take note on for the future and the work order of completion was signed. No money was asked for, and I was able to leave. I had even been offered a ride to work to my studio, but had set time aside to stay in their comfortable environment. Thank you!
I took my car in for a oil consumption test because I had received Limited Service Campaign (LSC) about a year ago but did not have any oil consumption issues so did not take it in at that time. When Ii finally took it in the time was up to have it checked. Still they ran the test for me at no charge. They also offered me a car wash at no charge, I couldn't do it that day so they gave me a rain-check for it. All the staff where friendly, kind and helpful.
Highly recommend for a long distance purchase. Was the easiest and quicker purchase I have ever had, lots of deals and inventory to choose from. I had such a wonderful experience with this dealership! Jeremy and his manager Dave were awesome. I saw the vehicle I wanted on-line and I called and spoke to Jeremy about it. Since I live 9 hours away and I was afraid the vehicle would be bought out from under me (as what happened with a different dealership) they said they will keep it for me if I put $500 down. They described the vehicle's condition and took pictures so I knew exactly what to expect. Dave went over the finances over the phone and I knew the exact price to the penny! I showed up 5 days later and traded in my vehicle and signed the papers. After a quick test drive, I drove 9 hours back home to Colorado in my new Toyota Sienna. The entire process there took about 45 minutes. TOTALLY WORTH THE DRIVE! These guys are honest, sincere, friendly and they even gave me chocolate :) Would highly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again!
Very Painless process. We have bought from them before and it’s easy every time . Straight to the point. You tell them what you want and they tell you what they can do . Not much haggling like everyone else . Always seems so be fair the first go around. 100% recommend.

The last time I came in for a service check, it was a negative experience. However, Russell was able to do my 30000 mile service check up this time and it went smoothly. It was fairly quick, he told me how the check went and what to experience next time. I felt like I could trust what he was saying.
