A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?

The worst purchase of my life will never buy another Toyota vehicle. So disappointed should have kept my 2003 Fx4 . Toyota tundra not worth the hassle get a ford or Chevy
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

I have had my 2018 Toyota tundra for a month and a half now I have driven F150 F250 and 1500 Dodge Rams this truck I absolutely love might not have all the bells and whistle‘s that Dodge and Ford has but believe me you won’t miss it just more things to go wrong Toyota has kept the truck basic and simple with reliability being the over all meat and bones of the truck with the tundra you still have plenty of interior features great styling and various trim levels
Just a wonderful experience. Everyone was very professional.

I've only owned this one for a month so I can't say how trustworthy it is, but, it is a Toyota and these trucks are known for the long haul. Great everyday vehicle, great for hauling, more than enough room inside the cabin. So far it's been great.
- I received a phone call promptly from a sales rep from Miller after putting in an online request via the Costco auto program.
- The sales people that I worked with very helpful in answering my questions, sincere, and there was no pressure to buy right now. A pleasant transaction overall.
I just called for a question and Brenda was wonderful. She had a lot of patients with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She went above and beyond to help me over the phone.
