Your service personnel are fantastic especially Brandy. She went out of her way to rescue me twice during a recent repair service. Everyone there is very helpful and really makes an effort to ensure the customer is satisfied, but Brandy is a wonder!!
Danny Ruckman is my Service Advisor and he has always been polite, honest, kind and helpful. The dealership is fantastic. My 2012 Camry is running like a dream! They have a delightful cafe and everyone is friendly. They provide top notch service!
Tom Mitchell was my service advisor and he was the utmost professional! My experience at service centers can be intimidating since my husband is normally the one who gets our vehicles serviced. Tom made me feel very comfortable and explained everything that would happen and any services that were recommended. I didn???t feel ???bullied??? into buying any additional services like at other places. We will definitely be back!
My experience with Mark was outstanding. I sent them an email Sunday night and Monday morning they called to set up an appointment and actually had the truck I was looking at ready for me when I got there. I really feel like Mark went above and beyond any salesman I have ever dealt with. Even when other customers were calling him and demanding his time, he made sure he constantly checked on us even while we were waiting for the finance guy to finish up our paperwork. It was the first time in my almost 30 years of buying cars from dealers, that I felt like I was more than just another sale. While this dealership goes above my expectations in some regards - friendliness and spot-on sales people, our experience at the dealership was less than stellar. Our very expensive car was delivered to us with a very dirty interior. It had not been cleaned as it was supposed to be. There were muddy footprints on the interior seats and doors. Also, we needed to make an appointment to return to the dealership for some minor service, and left messages with the scheduler 3 or more times. She apparently was out of the office, and no one picked up her calls. While we plan on buying another car from Pappas - we just expect the inner workings of the dealership to be more organized.
My wife and I have purchased two Toyota vans from Mark Garner during the last five years or so. When we are ready to purchase our next vehicle, Mark will be our salesperson. When matters involving vehicle systems and equipment have arisen after the sale, Mark has been available and helpful in resolving these issues, even though he has no obligation to do so. On more than one occasion, Mark has taken the time to seek out persons he knows (both at Pappas Toyota and elsewhere) to obtain difficult-to-find answers to technical questions and/or difficult-to-find parts. Mark is the primary reason that my wife and I have a sense of customer loyalty to Pappas Toyota for both sales and service.
I was looking to upgrade my 2006 Toyota Tacoma to a newer model and Frank at Pappas Toyota was more than helpful, he showed me a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Pre Runner XSP package which you can only find in the southeastern U.S and gave me a great deal with my Trade in and also worked with me on the price of the newer truck so that I left with what I wanted. Also Tom Gray was a great help in the financing department, he called my financial institution numerous times to get me the financing I needed to cover all my additional expenses so that it was a stress free transition for me. Frank was very responsive to my text messages when I had questions and was an all around great person. I would highly recommend going to see Frank Walsh and Tom Gray at Pappas Toyota if you???re looking to upgrade to a newer nice vehicle. They treat everyone like they are family!
Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. I have often said, "service is the other thing that can beat Wal-Mart." Thanks to the entire team for your excellent customer service. Harlan
Great Dealership! Great Dealer! I went in hesitant because I???ve heard stories of horrible experiences at dealerships and working with dealers. But Tank really made me feel comfortable and got straight to the point! I felt respected and my opinions and wants mattered.
