Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

My wife and I decided to purchase a new car. We looked at the Honda accord the Nissan Maxima and the Toyota Camry. We decided to purchase the Camry XLE. The customer service provided to us by Ronald Steele and Gregory Johnson was BY FAR THE BEST we have encountered in our search in the Atlanta Area for a new vehicle. The entire atmosphere was very professional and pleasant inside the dealership. It was a great car buying experience. I have already recommended Toyota of Union City to one of my co-workers. On 01/10/15 I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla. Henry Dennison was my sales person. Henry asked me what color car did I want, I told him, he said "let's get the key and drive it". They were very nice and polite showed me a lot of different cars Alex was very nice. But a lot of extra cost was added on that I wasn't aware of I felt like I was a little miss lead that was my fault for not taking my time and reading between the lines
My service Manager - John Mannering is great. His customer service skills and concern for me is always Top Notch!! As a senior citizen I have seen many dealerships and service departments, from what I was told and what I have experienced I will continue to go to the Toyota South for purchases and service. I pass up others dealerships closer to my home.
MyService Advisor is Derrick Howard. Each time I take my 2016 Toyota Highlander Platinum in for service I am greeted in a very friendly manner and rapidly receive a detailed assessment of my vehicle service needs.
Mr. Howard is very Customer Focused, a consummate professional and provides intelligent easy to understand explanations with frequent follow up while I am waiting for completion of service.

I was just seeing what the new Prius had changed since my 10 year old vehicle and my salesperson Maliik Tooley discussed all the new improvements since my last purchase and also answered my questions about trying to get the 2018 or waiting for the 2019 to come in. I thought he was very knowledgeble and worked with me to make the best decision. I decided to go on and buy the new vehicle and knew it was not on the lot but should be arriving within a few days with my color choice and all the options I wanted.
I was returning a lease and was referred to Richard. He was very helpful in explaining the process and offered to work with me to find a new vehicle. I ended up keeping the car a few additional months. Richard would consistently follow up with me without being pushy. When I finally turned the car in he worked out a g great deal on the exact car I wanted. His sales manager supported him 100%. I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
