I purchased my car over a month ago and my daughter and son in law drove me to the Toyota dealer and that's where we met Leon. I have never in my 71 years of living experienced a smooth purchasing process than this year. I love my car and love Toyota-You too Leon!
Excellent service and Very friendly staff. I didn't have appointments when I came in for services , I was sent to Abraham Castillo. Abraham has a wonderful personality and he take good care of his customers.
I was scheduled to meet with service advisor-Abraham Castillo and have both air suspension bags installed. Once I arrived and being greeted by staff. Castillo informed me he needed something in writing or to speak with Lexus dealership to match their price. After getting confirmation they installed the air suspension and saved me a hours drive. Great team!!!

Exceptional service was provided from the moment we walked in the door. Ali, MD, Chelsea, and others did their best to make us feel comfortable, informed, and in the loop throughout the car buying process. This was the second purchase of a vehicle from this dealership in a 2 month period for myself and my sister-in-law. I wanted to take a moment and thank the Team at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest (especially T???Neshia) for everything you did to help make the purchase of my ???gently used 2017 Camry??? a relatively painless experience. In early 2017 I purchased an almost new 2016 Camry. On 1/8/18 a School bus backed onto my Camry and totaled it. The next day, totally out of the blue, I received a "cold call" from T???Neshia, asking if I would possibly be interested in trading in my 2016 Camry and upgrading to a newer car. I laughed with her and told her that the previous day my car had been totaled, and YES whenever I settle my claim with the State I will be in the market for a new car. Even though it took 2 months to settle my claim, she kept in touch with me and would call whenever a car would come in that she thought I???d like. I was very particular with what I wanted, and she didn't waste my time on other things just to make a sale. She checked the inventory several times for me at all of the Nalley locations, and sent me photos of different cars trying to help me find "just the right one". I???m happy to say that I purchased the perfect car from Nalley Stonecrest recently with her assistance. T???Neshia deserves recognition for her diligence, professional demeanor, and conscientiousness. In my opinion, she is a true asset for Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. She made this very unpleasant process for me much easier than it could have been. My wife and I decided to purchase a new car. We looked at the Honda accord the Nissan Maxima and the Toyota Camry. We decided to purchase the Camry XLE. The customer service provided to us by Ronald Steele and Gregory Johnson was BY FAR THE BEST we have encountered in our search in the Atlanta Area for a new vehicle. The entire atmosphere was very professional and pleasant inside the dealership. It was a great car buying experience. I have already recommended Toyota of Union City to one of my co-workers. On 01/10/15 I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla. Henry Dennison was my sales person. Henry asked me what color car did I want, I told him, he said "let's get the key and drive it". They were very nice and polite showed me a lot of different cars Alex was very nice. But a lot of extra cost was added on that I wasn't aware of I felt like I was a little miss lead that was my fault for not taking my time and reading between the lines

Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
It was a clean and nice dealership. However, the car I was looking at was too highly priced and even though I showed them other cars from other dealers with way lower prices, they wouldn’t negotiate. It was a waste of my time.
