I can’t say enough about this dealership. Our Sales Goddess was Pam Weeks. We drove from Las Vegas to come see Painters inventory since The Mitsubishi lot here in Vegas didn’t have the Eclipse Cross I wanted nor did they seem to want to even get me what I wanted. From the moment on the lot Pam was friendly but never pushy. She let us test drive the vehicle alone, which is great because it gives you time to look at the features and not feel pressure.
Honestly this was the easiest sale I’ve ever done. The staff was so friendly and really made you feel they wanted ME to be happy but them wanting a sale. Pam listened to us and what I wanted to get out of the deal and she really worked her butt off to get it. Pam and Tamara (plus the staff) really wanted to see us happy. It wasn’t about just making the deal. They stayed late the next day (past their closing) since there is a time difference. But didn’t rush anything. Made sure I knew every button on my new car before I drove off. Seriously amazing staff! Thank you for making me one happy girl with my new car at a price that I couldn’t get anywhere else!
I buy a new truck every year and this was the first time I had bought from karl Chevrolet. I have nothing but great things to say about my salesman Alex Buck and Colton my delivery coordinator. They did a fantastic job. I will be coming back next year again because of these two.

So I’m writing this for Bryan my salesman. I have a daughter and I told him I would need a fast and simple transaction. He went above and beyond from finding the prefect vehicle to making sure we stayed cool when moving everything over to my new car. He fully explained everything since it was a big upgrade for me. I’ve had problems with their service department but he has been doing everything on his end to fix the problem. I have told many of my friends that if they need a new car Bryan is the man to see.

I didn???t expect to get to trade in a car I just bought a year ago but it happened at Toyota of Cleveland. My sales rep, Matt, went above and beyond to make this happen for me. I appreciate him and his hard work. He negotiated with me until he found a price/payment I could handle. I feel blessed. Thank you Toyota of Cleveland and especially Matt. You did a great job!!! Noah came through with our selling deal. He coordinated some service work promised in my deal of my used vehicle purchase. Service dept needs some better human interaction. (mostly in driving up to the doors). Today's keys are a pain. Dealerships should supply 2 sets of keys. Putting a car up for sale should be looked at closer by the techs. My idling issue had to be dealt with after purchase. A bit inconvenient, but Noah gave us a loaner.
I have a very good experience with Toyota of Bedford. Everyone at the lot that I dealt with treated me like we were family. Kevin G, Vanja, and Raven all were great and I really enjoyed working with the team. I will be recommending Toyota of Bedford to all of my family and friends
