I went to Napa Toyota looking for a used NEW car for myself. Let me tell you, I was in and out of there much more quickly than expected. Lawrence exceeded my expectations in a "car salesman" you just don't get that "pressure" feel with him. He's there to do his job and most of all help. He definitely allows you to express exactly what your looking for and will do his best to find it. Lucas and Jill were just as amazing! They helped with the process that made everything run so smoothly. Thank you for making the process enjoyable.
While the dealership and its service are what you would expect, and sometimes better, this dealership is lacking in one area. I had to pick up my vehicle in the morning so I could be to an important meeting by 9am. After waiting 18 minutes for my planned shuttle, I called to see what was going on. Apparently the shuttle person hadn't looked at the note the dealership gave him and was outside of town at the airport. This left me with little time to find an alternate way of getting to my meeting. The people are nice, but don't rely on their shuttle service for pickup, especially if you're on a tight schedule.
Bought 2 cars from this dealer and this is the best car dealer not just Toyota but car dealer. George in sales and Jim (manager) always go above and beyond!!!
Honest, helpful, and just awesome!!! I recommend this dealer to anyone looking!!! George and Mario in sales are great and the manager Jim really exemplifies what/how a car dealership should be!!! 10 stars out of 5 start there that good!!!!
Vallejo Toyota was great. Not only did the find the exact car I was looking for they gave me a fair price. Nataly Diaz did a great job. Would come back and even tell my friends to come all this way to get a car.
My wife and I had a great experience when we bought a new car at Toyota of Vallejo. I would like to thank our salesman, Dan Terruel, who was there for us for any questions and concerns. Dan is knowledgeable and easy to work with but most of all he went above and beyond to make sure we're happy. All in all we are totally pleased with our purchased . The following week my son went to Dan to buy a new truck.
My service advisor Jennifer Simmons is GREAT at her job!!! Without her I don't think I would have received the level of service that I did. She was instrumental in getting the previous dealership (Lithia Toyota) to do the repairs that needed to get done in order to pass smog as well as Lithia paying for the repairs. I will be forever greatful for all of her help. Toyota of Vacaville is the BEST.... THANK YOU JENNIFER!!
I came in with my wife to look at a Prius C. My salesman Chris was amazing. He answered all of my questions, showed me a few different options, and best of all he wasn't pushy! He let us take the time to decide what would be best for us. I've been in for service and they take care of me all the time. They're quick, explain everything, and don't try to rip me off. I'll continue to come back.
After doing much research, we settled on this dealership because they had 2 colors we were considering and wanted to view the car in & out. Staff was pleasant, no pressure to buy. They were interested in making a sale; unlike a dealership in our local area. They matched the price of another dealership and the sale was made. There was no pressure from the sales staff and manager. The finance manager was upfront on all contract figures and explained all questions we asked. No pressure there either. Kudos to the dealership. We would go back again.
The service is great! The online tool to schedule does not update the service records at Concord Toyota. Recommend that it not be used and call the service there. I have used it twice and been told I didn't have an appointment. Luckily they were able to still do the service.
John Chan was patient, listened and took care of us. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to sell us things we didn't want or need, and allowed us to change our minds midway through. We felt listened too and helped throughout the process - and we love the car. All the financial details, the contact with our bank, insurance and DMV was handled really well. We felt very informed about our purchase. Colt Davis deftly walked us through all the final pieces of the process and was great too. The only thing that could be improved was the detailing before we drove away with the car. The focus was on cleaning the exterior. There was still some dirt, caked on things in a cup holder, etc. on the interior.
What a welcoming dealership! From the moment my daughter & I walked in I felt confortable. No one was pushy, just wanted to help. We spoke with Martin on the phone to let him know we were coming. He listened intently to my situation of ??? I need a car ASAP ??? He said sit back and relax I???ll do all the work soon I was the proud owner of a much needed vehicle! I would recommend Martin, any of the wonderful staff but also this dealership! Thank you for making this stressful situation I was in turn into a wonderful positive experience! I came to trade in my 2014 Nissan, realizing I needed a better car for towing my vintage trailer and going on trips. Also as a nanny I needed a car that was completely and totally safe for driving around other people???s children. Charlie was great at finding me a wonderful match for both. I highly suggest him, he is definitely not one of those annoying sales people and was really patient while I decided.
