I brought my Sequoia in for a routine service since it was over 7 months since my last service. My service advisor was Lyndon De Vera. He pulled up details of my last service, and quickly determined I just needed an oil change and not a tire rotation. During the service they noticed that my drivers side wiper was in need of replacement - something that I'd forgotten about. Lyndon also got me a quote to replace a piece of broken trim.
Good selection of cars. . I called and asked for a particular car. Salesman said there was one in my price range. He took my information, texted and called me several times to set up an appointment. When I got to the sales lot, he said it was sold. Could he not have called me to tell me that. Almost walked away when sales man said "Let's not waste each others time when discussing price of a particular car.
If you do choose to look for your future automotive purchase at Toyota Sunnyvale, look for Adela. She was extremely helpful and kind and immediately put myself and my girlfriend at ease. Nothing like the "shark" reputation you might expect from dealership sales people. Be warned however, as the finance team is not the same. Let Adela help you discover a vehicle but be ready for the next step; dealing with the finance team will be just as difficult as you might expect.
The care, patience, and accommodation given to us by Socrates made the experience of deciding on a car unusually easy. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated not being pressured in any way.
I took my 2001 Toyota Sienna for Service last week and was helped by Maria Castillo. I was worried about taking my vehicle to the dealer because I felt they would take advantage of me, but that was not the case. Maria was extremely helpful and contentious with my situation. My vehicle was fixed, the cost was better than I expected and I am a very happy customer! Thank you for taking excellent care of me!
I got a super deal on a Toyota Corolla iM at Toyota of Sunnyvale. Mr. Nobu Ishihara was my Sales Rep and he was so nice and courteous. I told him that I live in southern California and asked if he would hold the car for me. I flew up to Sunnyvale and Mr. Nobu Ishihara came in on his day off to meet me. Mr, Nobu was the most professional car sales specialist. He kept me informed about the car prior to my arrival and gave me the full details including the final out the door price and the mileage. He also took his time to show me all of the functions in the car and even got for me free floor mats. Mr. Nobu's customer service is very much like what you would find in Japan and that is the customer's satisfaction comes first. Before I drove off, he made sure that I had everything I needed and explained all of the information to me in case I had any question. I would highly recommend Toyota of Sunnyvale to anyone. A lot dealerships post false ads to get you in and then try to sell you something else. Toyota of Sunnyvale was honest and I got the exact car I asked for and my final price was less than what I was quoted previously. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I had prepared before going to the Dealership, without any rush, sale pitch, or pressure in purchasing. He
was very helpful in explaining, each package that was on the various Prius models. We felt he was truly outstanding. We are happy with our purchase.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
My experience at SFToyota was overall quite positive. The sales person I worked with was Jerel. Unlike some sales people his manner was very easy going and no pressure. I can honestly say the Jerel is the main reason I chose to purchase my car at SFToyota. I am very happy with my new car!
