My service advisor Jennifer Simmons is GREAT at her job!!! Without her I don't think I would have received the level of service that I did. She was instrumental in getting the previous dealership (Lithia Toyota) to do the repairs that needed to get done in order to pass smog as well as Lithia paying for the repairs. I came in with my wife to look at a Prius C. My salesman Chris was amazing. He answered all of my questions, showed me a few different options, and best of all he wasn't pushy! He let us take the time to decide what would be best for us. I've been in for service and they take care of me all the time. They're quick, explain everything, and don't try to rip me off. I'll continue to come back.
I went to Napa Toyota looking for a used NEW car for myself. Let me tell you, I was in and out of there much more quickly than expected. Lawrence exceeded my expectations in a "car salesman" you just don't get that "pressure" feel with him. He's there to do his job and most of all help. He definitely allows you to express exactly what your looking for and will do his best to find it. Lucas and Jill were just as amazing! They helped with the process that made everything run so smoothly. Thank you for making the process enjoyable.
While the dealership and its service are what you would expect, and sometimes better, this dealership is lacking in one area. I had to pick up my vehicle in the morning so I could be to an important meeting by 9am. After waiting 18 minutes for my planned shuttle, I called to see what was going on. Apparently the shuttle person hadn't looked at the note the dealership gave him and was outside of town at the airport. This left me with little time to find an alternate way of getting to my meeting. The people are nice, but don't rely on their shuttle service for pickup, especially if you're on a tight schedule.
Bought 2 cars from this dealer and this is the best car dealer not just Toyota but car dealer. George in sales and Jim (manager) always go above and beyond!!!

Dan is knowledgeable and easy to work with but most of all he went above and beyond to make sure we're happy. All in all we are totally pleased with our purchased . The following week my son went to Dan to buy a new truck.
Found a 2005 RAV4L on Cars.com offered by Toyota Vallejo. First off I was impressed by how many pictures they posted on the site. Even though it was an older vehicle with higher miles, the fact that this Toyota dealership had it for sale on their lot (most dealers would have put this out to auction) really intrigued me. The Carfax report that was provided looked great, save for a strange gap in maintenance early in its life (we would soon find out the answer to this mystery). I sent out a message and was quickly contacted by Nataly Diaz, Internet Sales Manager. She was very pleasant to talk with and so I made plans to make the hour drive from Sacramento to take a look at this SUV in person.
When I arrived Nataly took me out to the RAV4 and my friend and I were immediately struck by how clean this 12 year old car was. It was incredibly well taken care of by the one owner. When I asked about the lack of maintenance from 2005-2007, Nataly explained that it was originally a dealer car and all maintenance work was done there at Toyota Vallejo and thus would not have been entered into the Carfax database. When it was eventually sold in 2007, the new owner was meticulous with oil changes, tire rotations and other necessary vehicle maintenance. The darn thing was clean, clean, clean inside and out and the fact it was icy green in color only made it that much more likeable. Nataly called it a unicorn and boy was it ever! We took it for a test drive and I knew then that this was the SUV for me.
Nataly was terrific during the negotiations. She answered all my questions and took into account my finances. After some back and forth with her manager we arrived at a mutually satisfactory deal and without any heartburn or headache! I really think that it was Nataly that made this transaction happen and I felt like she really went to bat for me on it. She truly made it possible for me to get a car that I am just plain in love with.
This buying experience was such a positive one that when it comes time to purchase new or used in the future, I will consider making the drive to do business with Toyota Vallejo and specifically Nataly Diaz again Thank you for my unicorn!
My 2006 Camry was totaled in a hit and run accident, so I wasn't looking forward to purchasing another car and having a car payment. In the midst of dealing with the frustration of insurance companies and insurance adjusters, the last thing I wanted to do is wheel and deal for a car. However, Ricky listened to what I was looking for and worked with my brother and I to get a car that I was happy with and a monthly payment that fit my budget. I would highly recommend Ricky Mellomida at Toyota Vallejo if you are looking for a car.
The service is great! The online tool to schedule does not update the service records at Concord Toyota. Recommend that it not be used and call the service there. I have used it twice and been told I didn't have an appointment. Luckily they were able to still do the service.
Rodney was the easiest sales guy to work with. I usually can’t talk on the phone all the time because of work and Rodney was easy to work with based on the fact that he could text me and email me my answers to all my questions.

I bought a new 2015 Toyota RAV4 on December 1st and was most impressed by the informative young sales consultant Greg Power who explained and answered every question so well; further, the purchasing and financial details were so carefully and professionally handled by Jaime Torres that it was a indeed a pleasure; and lastly, Duncan Lautze was great with even further advice in the Parts Dept. The entire team was just great in every respect and what I had dreaded as an endless afternoon of haggling (as I have experienced elsewhere!) was replaced by a really pleasant, highly professional experience. After doing much research, we settled on this dealership because they had 2 colors we were considering and wanted to view the car in & out. Staff was pleasant, no pressure to buy. They were interested in making a sale; unlike a dealership in our local area. They matched the price of another dealership and the sale was made. There was no pressure from the sales staff and manager. The finance manager was upfront on all contract figures and explained all questions we asked. No pressure there either. Kudos to the dealership. We would go back again.
