Rob Comstock has been an excellent help to us in regards to our new car purchase (both of them). We are very pleased with our new Rav4. We cannot thank everyone at Gullo enough for helping us exchange the Prius we originally purchased (which it turned out was not the right car for us) for the Rav4. I'm not sure any other dealer would have been willing to exchange cars after purchase just to make a very short old lady feel comfortable and save while driving. After several unsatisfactory service visits, Brian Hopper made up for all of it. Incredibly friendly, professional, showed genuine concern and very energetic. Very happy we were lucky to have him handle our service issues. Would definitely go back just because of Mr. Hopper!
Kenny Johnson has taken care of both of our vehicles for several years. No one could ask for a better service advisor. He has always been friendly, honest, and quick to schedule our service appointments. We would not consider another service advisor or dealership to service our vehicles. We have also bought both our vehicles through Philip Sharp at this dealership and had a flawless transaction both times.

Just purchased a new 2019 camry two days ago. I negotiated my price via email. My sales person Joe Myers went out of his way to make the deal happen on my terms. I do have a LEXUS and Mercedes Benz but at Toyota dealership, I got the same treatment as the feeling as Premium dealerships. I was truly shocked at how smooth my purchase went. I got the EXACT car with the EXACT price I had in mind. I am very happy with my purchase and in the future will always buy from Joe Myers. I did call Larger Toyota Dealership near my house and they said they cannot match the price.
Did a price request blast on Truecar and Joe Myers' price was by far the best. I never even had to discuss price with Tyler Colvin, the sales rep. He went so far as to give me the drive out price IN WRITING, so all I did was showed up and paid. All the other dealers were like, "can you forward us their quote? We'll match it if we can." Tyler answered all of our silly requests because we were unsure which model we wanted at first. He never tried to upsell us on anything. Dude is legit.
The finance dept bent over backwards to get the car titled in another state like we asked. The indoor delivery garage sure is handy on a hot day while he went through the car's features.
We wanted to let you know that ever since we purchased the Highlander our Overall Vehicle Service and Service Advisor Miguel Otero has been excellent.
This time around it was a little rushed because I forgot but Miguel step up and has us back on the road again within the hour.

Took in my wife's car for regular scheduled maintenance. I made an appointment for 7 AM. I arrived about 5 minutes early and was immediately checked in by Antonio and went to the customer waiting area to read my book. At 7:55 AM Antonio found me and gave me my keys and the completed work sheet. LESS THAN ONE HOUR !!! They changed the oil and filter, checked all fluid levels, rotated the tires, and washed it. It can't get any better than that.
Great, honest experience and treated with utmost respect. I am surprised that most dealers have yet to figure out why people are purchasing by internet. JM has it and clearly trains their salesman to deliver with customers needs always in mind. I will return to Joe Myers for my next Toyota. Thank you Polad!
We looked on line and once we had a good price I called Joe Myers and told them what we wanted. We arrived and the attention to detail and the process for getting the new truck was stream lined. Our salesman Ryan Sosebee did a great job this is our 5th vehicle to buy from this dealership and plan to buy more in the future.
