Real people, not just trying to sell you something!

I left another dealership, Lakeside, because I felt harrassed, but when a friend sent me to Ray Brandt, I felt informed and supported. Now that I've purchased, I still have to visit the dealership for my free inspections and maintenance, but every time I walk into the building, even after purchasing my new car this summer, two people go out of their way to say hello to me and let me know they still care and that is my salesperson, who I adore, Nikko Dana, and my financial adviser, Woody. Both are real mean, not salespeople, and they are kind and caring individuals. I will.forevermore be a customer and I will advise everyone to do the same. I also now have the pleasure of dealing with Sheila in the service department, and she is effective, efficient, and she is exceptional too. The while dealership is on the ball!! Kuddos!
