The service department at Rick Collins Toyota is fantastic! Tim, Penny and the service staff do an outstanding job of customer service. I just took my car in quickly to get a head lamp replaced and they even washed my car! I have bought/driven a lot of cars and this unequivocally is THE BEST service department I have ever dealt with. Kudos to all of you who treat the customer right and are so positive every time I come in! Additionally, my car is about 1,000 miles short of 100,000 and Tim today gave me an "advance estimate" of costs for the 100,000 mile checkup--WITHOUT my even asking. I just cannot say enough positive words about how great this service department treats the customer and services the customer's car! KUDOs to all of you!!!
This is a great place to buy a car! Everyone was very friendly and seemed to be really enjoying themselves. I feel like I got a great deal on my car and it wasn’t like fighting a tiger to get a good deal. Overall, it was a really good experience!
Tuesday I went into the dealership knowing that I wanted to trade in my car. I worked with Kenzi Phippen over the phone before steeping foot into the dealership. Right off the bat they offered me 3K more for my trade (without even seeing it) than another dealership did and they ended up giving me 5K more for my trade!
I didn't even know what exactly I wanted. I gave the sales manager and Brandon the information on what I wanted, they pulled up multiple vehicles and gave me many options.
I have worked in the dealership world for over 5 years, and am very versed in the purchasing of a vehicle. I can HANDS DOWN say this was the EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had, or witnessed.
Props to Brandon, Kenzi, and Ren. I've already refereed a few friends, have talked to many people about my wonderful experience, and will continue spreading the word.
I have never had an easier time buying a new vehicle! From the time I walked in the door to the time I signed the paperwork it was all about me and what I wanted.
No back and forth with the "manager" about price, no high pressure, and no finance office where you have to hear about all the extras you need to get.
It was so simple I truly can't believe it! This is how car buying should be.

It's not too often that I brag on a dealer, much less their service department, but I'm going to the trouble to now. The people there have worked hard to earn my trust by not just charging me the most they can but instead, they actively work to save me dollars. I respect that and will be giving them my business in the future.
We went in to buy a new SS Camaro for my wife. Luckily we got Tim Starkey for our salesman. He showed us the car we wanted and described the features I wasn't aware of. No pressure or games from Tim.
We danced a little working on the price I wanted and we got within $500 of the number my wife and I discussed ahead of time.
Once we got to the buying part, the part we all hate, Tim walked is through and made sure we understood the process and that there was no hidden fees and no gotchas in the end.
If you're looking for a car, City is a good place. If you buy a car, ask for Tim Starkey!
My whole experience happened sooo fast and went sooo smooth...
Everyone that I worked with made the deal a very easy event and nice memory
as I haven't 'bought' a car for MANY years. Hayden was VERY helpful and
made sure that I knew that if I needed something/anything to let him know.
I appreciated that he didn't rush or hurry the process and his willingness to meet us
'halfway' was truely helpful for us...! :)

I fully enjoyed my experience at the Toyota dealership. I went in the place to trade in my car that I just didn’t like. Everyone there was very nice and had great customer service and also very personable. The finance guy was hilarious, his personality was great. The lady that sold me the car was very friendly and easy to talk to. I recommend this dealership to anyone.
We had a new salesperson named tommy from Peoria Toyota, he was a pleasant young man and he handled everything quite well , this is not my first time buying a car and it is one of the things in life I dread, but he made our day a little brighter and made my daughter very happy even though the vehicle she bought wasn't the type she was looking for . And then we had a guy named Adam who was the finance King.lol he knew his stuff, very personable man, even though I think the extended warranty on her vehicle was a bit expensive , it was a must, so thanks guys for making our day a bit more enjoyable, my other daughter is going to be looking for another vehicle soon, so she's decided to come there and give you all a try , and I will spread the word to others so iam hoping for a fantastic Deal in the future ......!!
After doing a lot of research I really wanted to test drive the rouge. Sport. WOW was I pleased. Chuck was great no pressure just the faxes. Did not need to go any place. Everything they promised me they did. Happy to do business with such professionals. Thanks chuck and everyone who made the magic happen. Oh and that little Rogue Sport is super.
I am an international student and I leased a car from Bennett. Two important things I want to share about them:
1) First, I had an offer from another dealership and I call them and I asked them as my local dealership to match the price. Not only did they match the stated price in my quote first but they also gave me couple of dollars more discount.
2) The process of being accepted by Bank and Toyota based on my university documents was really smooth and the sales and finance people were optimistic and smiling all the time.
Specifically, I recommend Product Specialist, Richard Berkheimer who was my contact there. He is totally honest and knows what he is doing.
Adrian Sirbu is the sales person who I dealt with on my purchase of the Certified Pre-Owned 2015 Tacoma. After my initial test drive I had my son stop by to drive the Tacoma I bought and a brand new Tacoma just to compare the difference and to decided which direction I wanted to go. Adrian met my son and provided the truck I bought and the brand new Tacoma for an extensive test drive. I ended up working the deal via text message with Adrian, I sent him a message on what I was willing to pay for the Tacoma and what I wanted for my trade and with in minutes he replied. Not only did we agreed on the price, Adrian also got me the special 2.9% financing rate that was being offered on the Toyota Certified vehicles . When it came time to meet with the F&I, Matt Matti was just as easy going as Adrian, he did not pressure me to get anything that I did not need or want or tried to bump up the finance rate. Overall it was a positive buying experience and I will recommend Bennett Toyota to any one who is looking for a New or Certified Pre-Owned Toyota.
I am very satisfied with "Johnny" help in my purchasing of a 2017 CX-5.
