We were very impressed with the staff, they were vey professional and treated us with respect. We drove 180 miles to their place of business where we were going to buy a truck. They quoted us a price on the phone and it was exactly that when we bought it. They were and are a great company to buy from. They gave us a price on our trade in and they gave us a loner while they got our truck ready for us. We will recommend this company to everyone . You cannot go wrong dealing with this company and their sales people We give them a very high rating.
Had been car shopping for awhile and haggled, mislead and just out right disrespected by other dealers. I found a beautiful car at southwest drove over an hour to get there right before they closed, Hunter was who I had talked to on the phone I told them what my trade was they held to the numbers when I got there, was financed with no haggling what so ever. Even our finance guy didn't try to hard sell anything which is unheard of. I buy cars about once a year and I believe they have earned a customer for life. Extremely satisfied. Their demeanor was nothing but top notch.
Bought a used car through Cars.com. The entire experience was superlative. Steve was very helpful confirming details about the car before a long drive to the dealership. Perry did an excellent job taking care of us when we arrived at the dealership, and was very understanding when we took a prolonged test drive. The finance department had all of the documentation prepared and ready for us to sign, so the buying process was beyond efficient. I can’t imagine things going more smoothly. If only all car buying experiences were this easy!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.

Brought my truck in yesterday for 15000 maintenance and was watching the tech get in my truck. First thought it was non professional climbing in with a drink in his hand. As he was backing up he kept hitting the brakes hard as he was playing with another employee as if he was going to hit him. Then as he drove forward to park my truck to work on it he spun the tires. I don't treat my truck way so I don't expect anyone else to. I asked a service tech if there was any reason for him to spin my tires as he took off. He said no sir.. I didn't report it to the manger cause I didn't wanna cause a fuss. With the young techs unprofessional attitude he won't last long he will slip with the wrong person.
Well I went in for an oil change and was there for three hours because when I had my tire fixed at another location they stripped the nuts and bolts on my tire. The process to get that taken care of was longer than I anticipated but they had excellent customer service. Im so thankful the issue was caught and fixed!
