I was very happy with the service from a Toyota dealer next to my work place. However Tom Wood offered to pick mine up and return it so I decided to give them a try. Both the Porter who greeted me and handled the delivery and Damion the service adviser did an awesome job keeping my updated and recamended other things I needed to address. This was a major service for a 135,000 mile van and I figured it would have taken longer. Got done early even after special order parts. The exterior detail could have been perfect with about 15 mins more spent on the outside. Over all I give them a ten out ten and will be back at 140,000 for more! Thanks

Mohamed talked to me before I came in and was ready when I got there. Showed me the vehicle and let me drive it on my own. When I got back I told him my price and I got it with minimal back and forth. They got me in and out as fast as they could! I noticed a strange noise the next morning but it was no problem. I dropped it off, was given a complimentary loaner, and the vehicle was fixed at no charge to me within 2 days. I'd recommend Mohamed Awad and Ed Martin Toyota to everyone looking for a new or used vehicle!
