The staff was friendly and helpful and solved my problem with my keys needing preprogrammed without killing the battery in the process. It was busy today so I waited in the lounge area, but it was clean and comfortable and I had hot chocolate while waiting. I was impressed with the neat and clean restrooms as well.
It was very important that I had a good description and photos of the vehicle on line because I had a long drive to get there to see the vehicle and did not want to waste a trip. After talking to a salesmen on the phone, I made the trip. They were waiting for me and knew exactly what I was there for and who I was.

used car dealers are scary. i hate dealing with them. but this was nice. they didn't lie to me and tell me the car "would last." they showed me service records for what they inspected and helped me buy a car that i was really, really happy with. would definitely return or recommend. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Bought a used Ford from them over the Internet. Spoke with Bubba (how cool is that name?) and worked with him throughout the day and he did a great job of being up-front about the car and what he could do for me as far as price, etc. There were a few small issues, which he took care of before I drove the nearly two hours to get there (including a spur-of-the-moment solution that was pretty darn clever). Purchase was smooth, car was clean and even had new tires! The 3,000 mile limited warranty, while not totally comprehensive, is a great piece of mind to have. Would purchase again from Bubba and the crew at Boardman again.
Was shopping for a used car and we stopped in. Owner was a really nice guy and tried to help us find something that would fit our needs. He didn't have anything on his lot at the time but told us he would keep and eye out and even pointed us in to other dealers for possible options. Was very helpful.

I flew in from out of state, and although I was very unhappy with my airline, I was very happy with the customer service I received from Preston Toyota. After shopping around several other dealerships, my wife and I stopped at Toyota of Boardman to look at a couple of used trucks we had seen online. We were greeted by Kyle Richeal who was a great, easy going salesman who actually knows how to listen. There's wasn't an ounce of pressure and he was immediately ready with prices and answers to our questions. He stepped back and let us shop and helped steer us when we were looking for something specific. He was nice enough to stay late and let us test drive although we weren't settling on a vehicle that day. The test drive was worth it. The used truck felt like new and we decided to buy.
