Top notch dealer. Searched all over the US for the perfect RAV4. Found certified one at Anderson Toyota in AZ. I requested copies of all paperwork associated with the car and Megan produced them all with no hesitation. They were transparent. Everything checked out so I asked them to provide the missing cargo cover and net and they did. They have a shuttle service ( from Vegas or Phoenix) which is really a personal driver. We flew into Vegas for our spring break vacation. They sent our driver, John, to our hotel in Vegas and he took us on a sightseeing tour see Hoover Dam on our way to the dealership (our two girls were with us).
We arrived at the dealer and were handed of to Brittany to complete the transaction. To avoid paying AZ sales tax, we went to Needles CA to do an out of state sale. The entire process at the dealer took about 3.5 hours.
The only gripe I have is they gave the car to me with a little less than 1/2 a tank of gas. I asked if they could fill it for me and I was told that they only fill used cars if they are under 1/4 tank.
But they had real food items and drinks for the family.

On the positive side, love the engine and transmission. Tuned exhaust is just right - a low growl but not obnoxious. Seat comfor is so- so, especially after a couple of hours behind the wheel. Entertainment system is a big disappointment? especially since this is a Limited edition. Sound quality is average and the Entune system should be dropped immediately in favor of Apple and Google offerings. Toyota is a little slow incorporating technology- not sure why. Still, I bought this truck for its above average reliability history and hope to have it for a long time.
All I can say is I have never had a good experience buying cars through a car dealership. The dealerships I had been to prior to Anderson, were filled with deception, greed and lies. It disgusted me. So naturally I was skeptical going to Anderson. Once I sat down with the salesman I thought to myself "ok...here comes the haggling back and forth to the finance manager...I'm going to be here a while." But instead, the salesman just started talking to me until the sales manager came over (that never happens!!!) and asked me what I was able to afford for my monthly payments. He then came back after talking to a couple different banks to try and get a loan and told me he was able to get me the loan I wanted and still keep the monthly payments within my budget! I was speechless! I have never had such a pleasant experience at a car dealership and I doubt I will ever again. I drove 3 hrs to buy a car at Anderson...and it was so worth it! I don't have time to tell you of all the other awesome experiences I had while at Anderson but I this is the only dealership I would actually recommend if they are looking for a good deal with no haggling and honest, trustworthy, wonderful people.
New (used 2016) Tundra owner

Switched from an 06 Chevy 2500 4WD to Tundra 4WD. Haven't owned long enough to really say much except we own a Prius with 115,000 miles and a Tacoma with 175,000 miles so I'm confident it will live up to my expectations. Not the best looking trucks but if it doesn't cost as much as the Chevy to maintain for 10 years I;ll be happy. The 5.7 engine did get 19.2 MPG on the 200 mile drive home. That alone is impressive!

Most dependable Truck we've owned

This truck met and exceeded every demand we threw at it. We owned a 4x2 but it was the most family friendly and comfortable vehicle we've owned and we have previously owned Chevrolets and Hondas that didn't compare. Our tundra pulled a 22 foot Aqua Sport center console without any hesitation. Toyota is definitely a class of its own.
I live in Indiana and was interested in buying an 89 corvette. They were very prompt in sending me pictures and gave me all the information that was necessary. Matthew was very good in answering my questions. I would have purchased the corvette, but I simply did not have the time to travel to Lake Havasu. Bobby Windlan

This truck met all of my needs, plenty of room for me, my wife and our three children. Power was great while towing a 22ft Boat and agile enough to cruise through the Rockies with ease!
I have never encountered such a seamless and smooth vehicle purchase. Customer service was fantastic. Korey, our sales person at Anderson, was able to locate the vehicle we wanted and make it such an easy and pleasurable purchase all the way through to delivery. Kevin, in Finance, made sure it all came together effortlessly.
I am a confirmed future customer. Thank you Anderson.

I have wanted a Tundra for many years. I am retired and have wanted to RV for many years, so I bought this truck only 3 months ago and then my RVing partner backed out. I don’t have any desire to RV alone nor can I afford to. This truck runs great, I love the power and PUNCH that it has. Rides extremely well too. My son has a Chevy Silverado Texan edition and would take my truck in a heartbeat if he could afford it.
I have had numerous vehicles over the years that required some kind of warrenty work. I have not ever experienced the professional courtesy and service that was provided by the Anderson Chrysler Jeep Dodge service department. Specifically, the service advisor Mike Walsh and The Tech Joe Pearson provided excellent service and feedback for the full repair of my truck. They were quick, responsive, and thorough in returning my vehicle ready for the road. I can't thank this department enough for the service provided. I have not experienced this kind of support for quite some time and will recommend this dealership to all that are willing to listen. Thanks again.
I test drove the truck and it was a very nice.

The truck that test drove was a very nice truck with lots of leg room. I'm really thinking about buying a tundra because I need a truck.
