So I broke down and bought a really nice 04 Chevy Pickup from Eide Motors. Super simple buying process. The truck needed a little bit of front end work which was normal for the miles on it. They ended up doing a full front end rebuild on it for me and I still paid under blue book for it. The windshield was pitted and they replaced that too with no questions asked. I would buy another truck from them any day of the week. They go the extra mile checking these vehicles out. I didn't even notice the front end was sloppy on that truck and they mentioned they were gonna put all new ball joints and control arms in it when we went inside to talk price. They had just taken it in on trade so the work wasn't done yet. They fixed it, gave me a good price, glad I bought that truck!!
My whole experience happened sooo fast and went sooo smooth...
Everyone that I worked with made the deal a very easy event and nice memory
as I haven't 'bought' a car for MANY years. Hayden was VERY helpful and
made sure that I knew that if I needed something/anything to let him know.
I appreciated that he didn't rush or hurry the process and his willingness to meet us
'halfway' was truely helpful for us...! :)

We needed to buy a car for our business and worked with Andy Kamenski - he was awesome and super helpful in finding us exactly what we needed. Our only complaint (kind of) was how exhaustingly long the process is.......we were at the dealership for over 5 hours.......yuck. If that part could be streamlined somehow it would be an amazing experience.
I initally dealt with Miranda via email, phone and text. She was extremely prompt and efficient in answering/finding answers to all of my questions and concerns. She was patient and personable. She then turned me over to a salesman, Tom Delaney, who finished the process. He was also very easy to deal with. Having had all questions and negotiations handled from home (in Spokane) made the on-site experience at the dealership much quicker and efficient.
The one downside to the whole experience was that when we first got into the vehicle for a test drive, Tom turned on the wipers to clear the moisture. The driver's side wiper was underneath the passenger side wiper and clearly was not working correctly. He untangled them and we presumed it had been a result of the blades having adhered to the windshield with frost earlier in the day. None of us gave the tangled wipers another thought as there was no rain/snow during the test drive.
However, about 40 miles into the drive back to Spokane, precipitation required the use of the wipers. They tangled again and the driver's wiper even went so far to the left it hung up on the outside left mirror! This made for a very nerve-racking experience thinking I would have to drive home w/o the use of wipers, with rain and snow both likely.....
Fortunately, I found a place to pull off and the friend who had brought me to Missoula and was following me home, happened to have a pair of pliers in her car. We were able to tighten the nut holding the driver's wiper in place and successfully complete the trip home without further incident. Thank goodness she did or it could have been disasterous. We should not have had to repair the wipers.....
Other than that, I was completely satisfied.
I started this process online and Jamie called and started dialogue. What a great sales person. Over the next few days I had to keep rescheduling our appointment but he was so flexible. When we got there he had cars ready to go as requested. Would absolutely recommend Jamie and the staff there
When recently shopping for a car, I visited with Jamie at Eide Motors. He was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though we bought our car elsewhere, he was still courteous when I informed him of our decision. Something that not all dealers were. We will definitely contact Eide Motors again when shopping for a car. Thank you, Jamie.
Went in looking for an oil change, and to schedule appt. for recalls on my truck. Oil change was quick, and staff were very helpful and accommodating in scheduling my appointment to fit my schedule. Always have great experience when doing anything at this dealership.
