My daughter bought a 2017 RAV 4 from Wellesley Toyota this past weekend - this was her first experience buying a car from a dealership. The entire process was even better than I had hoped for. Everything was very straight forward - NO GAMES. Marcus DeOliveira was our sales consultant and he could not have been easier to deal with - very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant!!

After a few days of getting frustrated with my local Toyota dealers trying the bait and switch and pressured add ons I almost gave up until I found what I was looking for at the price I wanted online the salesman was very patient with my 100 questions so I drove over an hour to buy it. Exactly what I was told no surprises no forced upselling (they asked of course) but stopped at no thanks! Only issue (not on them) Massachusetts doesn’t do temporary plates so I have to wait for them to register it. Not a deal breaker the price and service was worth it

Very happy with overall experience, from working with manager Kevin and ironing out the deal we wanted with Hantz as our sales rep. I bought a '17 Toyota Tacoma from Brian Olson back in November. In the past I have always had awful experiences with car dealers and sales people. They had taken advantage of my fiance and I , talking about prices and payments before we even saw the car physically. Then we had gone to route 44 Toyota and dealt with Brian. First thing he did was show us our options before talking about money. He took us on a test drive and was just all around awesome and informative. I trusted what he was telling us. He was amazing and I will never buy another car from anyone else. We left the lot feeling good about our decision. Rather than line his pockets with commission he got us the best possible deal. He truly cares about the customer and what works for them and not himself. I would definitely recommend Brian Olson at route 44 Toyota to anyone that's looking to get into a new/used car. Absolutely amazing. Definitely didn't disappoint.

On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable.Thanks so much!

On time reception, polite and professional representative, easy return in the afternoon. The service area has been completely redone. Very clean and the counters are all indoors now, not in the garage. Overall, about as pleasant as one can expect at a repair shop.

Staff great, polite, they smile at you, assist with an Uber to within a 10 mile radius. Promptly notify you of necessary repairs and cost.

High end facilities and excellent client service. Loved the over communicating with the annual maintenance and the video from the technician. David was the person helping us and it he was great. He also wore a mask for us.
