We have owned our new vehicle for about 3mo now--We previously had been Ford owners, and were disappointed with the numerous Ford recalls, so we thought to try Toyota, after doing research on vehicle reviews, warranties, etc. Majed, our sales rep, assisted us in a test drive-we drove a used Rav 4, and fell in love with its smooth ride, and easy turn radius. We decided to purchase a new Rav 4, and the process was so easy, and we are extremely happy with our new vehicle! As my first new Toyota this Tundra is absolutely amazing! I have had many new cars but never a Toyota. This thing drives like a dream! Got lots of power to spare! The only thing I dislike about this truck is the turning radius sucks! All the other things about this truck is amazing so I will suck it up with the turning!

Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. After a few days of getting frustrated with my local Toyota dealers trying the bait and switch and pressured add ons I almost gave up until I found what I was looking for at the price I wanted online the salesman was very patient with my 100 questions so I drove over an hour to buy it. Exactly what I was told no surprises no forced upselling (they asked of course) but stopped at no thanks! Only issue (not on them) Massachusetts doesn’t do temporary plates so I have to wait for them to register it. Not a deal breaker the price and service was worth it

I waited a long time for my new Corolla Cross because of the pandemic and supplly chain issues but it was worth it. Really liked the consistancy of having one salesman. High end facilities and excellent client service. Loved the over communicating with the annual maintenance and the video from the technician. David was the person helping us and it he was great. He also wore a mask for us.

I have over 2,000. miles on my new capstone and I love the way it drives and ride. My dislikes is the small letters on the controls and gages. I guess they took up all the space for the computer screen. The gas mileage is not what they say like 21 on the road and 16 around town. the price I had to pay over 82,000. it should be perfect.

Of all the Toyota dealerships I visited, Dave Souza at Imperial Toyota was able to find the exact car I was hoping for (he kept looking long after we spoke in-person) and reached out when he found it. He was helpful, not pushy at all. …and I really like my RAV-4 Prime… it is so smooth and zippy to drive… and the supersonic red is extra fun.
