Spoke to Ali a couple days ago explained what vehicle suited our needs ask for pics to be sent of the 4 other dealers we made same request of he was the only one to follow through. Showed up today needing some help on the price meeting our bank approval amount. Not once did he say or imply our request was insane or stupid. Instead after the test drive he stated let me go to bat for you. He came back with his Sales manager Wade who extended the same professionalism and courtesy to us stated give him a few to try and accommodate us. Low and behold he returned no b.s, no hassles, no belittling of our request it was done. This was the most comfortable transparent car experience I have ever had. Fiance is happy, I'm happy. As my first new Toyota this Tundra is absolutely amazing! I have had many new cars but never a Toyota. This thing drives like a dream! Got lots of power to spare! The only thing I dislike about this truck is the turning radius sucks! All the other things about this truck is amazing so I will suck it up with the turning!

I was wanting to go to a simple newer v6 Ram from a diesel Ram and they had this red one! Quick contract signing as promised. Easy sales that let the Ram sell itself WITHOUT PRESSURE to buy! Christina was great to work with! Same for Grace in the signing paperwork. Took me 6 1/2 hours with local dealer(auto row off Mill Plain) on prior purchase. Not here! Quick nice and efficient. Hey, try their coffee! Good too! 😂 I’m impressed!

I have over 2,000. miles on my new capstone and I love the way it drives and ride. My dislikes is the small letters on the controls and gages. I guess they took up all the space for the computer screen. The gas mileage is not what they say like 21 on the road and 16 around town. the price I had to pay over 82,000. it should be perfect.

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.
