If wasn???t because of Lino, I would have backed out, Especially Steve Lang, I would never wanna deal with him again. Steve and the manager treated told me every Toyota came with a defective? I spent 37K cash and you telling me my new truck have a defective?
Our past new cars have always been bought through Middletown Toyota because we receive such wonderful service. The staff have always been very helpful and attentive the minute we walk in through the door! Toyota is a wonderful product and we have always been happy with every car we have bought. We love our new Rav! I personally still love my hatchback Yaris (2010)
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I had a great experience with National Auto Brokers. I was searching for a specific used car, and found exactly what I wanted. The Staff were Great and very accommodating. Justin my sales associate communicated with me before I arrived and gave me the time I needed with all questions and concerns. Buying a car from J&M was the best car buying experience by far! I worked with Vinny who was more than patient and accommodating with me. Being a young female trying to buy a car can be very difficult, but Vinny made my experience easy and smooth. He was honest about any and all details in regard to the cars. He dealt with me calling him multiple times a day to ask questions or even just check on the status of my vehicle being ready! He did his best to make sure I got my vehicle before the holiday. He made sure he put me and my child in a safe, reliable vehicle. I would highly recommend J&M to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle...in fact, I already have! :)
A Better Way Auto has been good to deal with. Steve and George on the sales floor we???re a pleasure to work with. Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ???new??? car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn???t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you???re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing.
This is the fourth car that we've bought from A1 Toyota. Three of the purchases were handled by Dado and were quite pleasant. One deal with Manny was not. We are satisfied with the workings of the rest of the dealership with one exception. The manufacturers put soy based wire covers in the motor of our 2011 Prius. Mice get into our garage and have caused havoc. AI Toyota has charged us with the expenses which this mistake has entailed. We live on a country wooded acre. Our cats keep mice from the house but do not patrol the garage. We'll end this by repeating that it is a pleasure to do business with Dado
I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!
It was our first experience bought the car out of NY state. The process was smooth, the price was fair with great customer service and finance. We found many cars to choose in our first visit and down to Nissan Rogue 2018. Special thanks for Gerald Sales person who so patience and genuine showed us the best deal and kept us update till we finalize everything. It was awesome!! And we were pleased that Eddie, the finance manager able found us a best rate for our car loan. And thanks to Janet who did all final paperwork fast and through. We will recommend this dealership with no doubt. We wish our new car will last for years and we will have a great rides thru the years!

I purchased several cars from our local Toyota dealership. Liked to doing business with them, Lifetime oil and battery is a great deal, specially if do you using your car a lot ! My Sienna is only 3 years old, but turned over 105K . The regular maintenance not smooth now, they didn???t do top of fluids last time, trying to charge for oil change...I think my name and phone # still in the computer files like original buyer w. free oil change, maintenance and battery ?!
For the past 6-8 months we have been shopping for a car. We had some basic things we wanted and thought new car was the route to go but we found a lot of cars we were interested in at Veb Auto. Speaking with Albert we never knew you could get a used car with such low miles. We narrowed our car to an Infiniti and the Sleek Black color with chrome highlights. I loved it but my wife loved it more it was a Q70 xxxx thing made heads turn and it had under 15000 miles. This is Brand New to us and we saved a lot of $$. The entire experience was easy. They got us financed with a great rate. We took a trip to the Grocery Store we came across VEB and now I know we will purchase more in the future here. We Really appreciate their time and also appreciate them knowing the product. Never felt pushed never felt rushed. All together it felt right for us. All their cars in the lot are clean and look better than the ones on the New Dealership lots and you have a big selection. You would be silly not to pass by if your shopping for a car.
From start to finish Dan at Best buy's was great he knew everything about the car and was very friendly. When it came time to do the paperwork he made everything very clear explaining everything and making it painless and easy. It was honestly the best experience buying a car I ever had there was no pressure just a very relaxed clean business setting with great people. I've been telling everyone if you need a car go see Dan at Best Buy's auto. He will do all he can to get you the best deal on the car your looking for and you won't find a cleaner low mileage great running car for the prices he has. PERIOD!!
Everyone at Wiz Autos was wonderful ... Tom went out of his way to show me an Acadia Denali that wasn???t even on the lot yet! When I fell in love with it he went above and beyond to make sure it was safety checked, detailed, and even replaced a few things to make the Acadia absolutely perfect and ready for me to pick up the next day!! Meir made paying for the car so easy!! From start to finish the paperwork process of buying the car took less than 15 minutes!!! This was by far the best buying experience I???ve had ... I will absolutely be back and referring my friends!
