Bee was not only helpful but also kind, respectful, and didn’t try to pressure us into making any purchases we didn’t need. Overall, the whole transaction process was smooth and efficient. I live in Sioux Falls and recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander from Walser. I had never purchased a vehicle before that I had not seen or driven. Phillip Sosin walked me through the steps needed to complete this process in a very thorough and polite manner. Not being a (techie) I was worried but everything worked out. I couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle other than I have yet to figure out all of the electronics which my grand kids have been helping me do. I purchased a low mileage pre owned venza xle and it is the nicest car I have owned. Rides like a luxury car, phenomenal gas mileage, decent power, loads of bells and whistles. And top it off with Toyota reliability, I do not regret it at all.

After 2 full days of trying to buy an Audi with cash maplewood Audi dealership didn’t want to sell me one of there cars at all I’m going there to give sales men there a little something for not selling me an overpriced premium gas using fragile cars I say that because Richfield Audi was more concerned about selling packages then autos I’d love to thank them to because I thought I’d stop by Toyota invergrove on way to Richfield and I ran into pou and and right away I knew this is the guy I’m buying from and within a few hour I was driving away a happy camper with a suv getting 40 miles mpg. I’m going to think about these people every gas station I pass for a long long time and then some and everybody knows why because it’s a Toyota. Number one selling anything in the world and most likely all worlds but don’t concern yourself about it there just here because it’s the only place they can get a Toyota lol love and peace to all thank you toyota

The work was done in a timely fashion. Everything was done and looks great. The staff was friendly and nice. The snacks they offered were good.

I bought this Venza in NJ being that there were none in Pa . It rides like my Lexus and the gas mileage is great. To me it looks awesome inside & out . the price on these suv's are high but I guess you get what your looking for .There also quite when riding .

Chris Holt was a great salesperson. He was very professional and answered all our questions, any answers he didn't know, he went and got the answers. We couldn't be more happy with the experience. I hate buying vehicles but he made it very pleasant.

Great car. 186k miles and no issues. DVD player is great for kids in the back seat. Wish I could keep it but I need a truck.

I purchases the 2014 Venza used with 30K miles. Over the next 7 years I put 80K miles on it. I didn't have one issue with the car. If you're seeking a comfortable ride that requires very little, this is the car for you!!!

Rich was very knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of my new Sonata. He wanted to make sure that I found the right vehicle for me. He took the time to ask me what I liked about my previous vehicle and what I would like in my new one. It was hard to trade in my old Sonata because it was such a great vehicle but Rich made it a very easy transition. Looked and drove several midsize SUV, overall , all things considered I settled on the Venza and have not been disappointed. In addition… there’s not two dozen of them in the grocery store parking lot ! Lol

We bought a 4 year old vehicle, which was in great condition but had an unexpected mechanical issue within the first few weeks. It ended up being a costly, substantial repair. Without any push back, Rudy Luther’s Toyota stood behind the warranty with integrity and great customer service. Everyone we dealt with was respectful and professional. They took what started as an issue that really concerned us and made it right! Even though we live 85 miles away from the dealership, we plan on buying our next vehicles from them. I’ve owned my 21 Venza for 3 years and have been extremely happy with it. I have 31,000 miles on it and it still looks, feels and smells like a new car. I love the ventilated seats especially in the hot summer months. I drive a mixture of city and highway miles and average a high of 45 mpg and a low of 38 mpg. The car is very smooth and quiet and feels like an upscale luxury car. I couldn’t be happier with my Venza.

Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

It is more like a Lexus with reliability of RAV4. Great mileage of 40. The only problem is that if you get a flat tire on front, you will need to do alignment. As the spare tire is too small.

Acceleration is good for moving into traffic. Ride is great. Good on curves and going uphill. Cruise control works fine. Lights are perfect. Lacks front storage for sunglasses and interior lights could be brighter. Better method of cleaning carpet. All cars should come with maps, or the ability to add them. Window tint great. Heated seats should be standard, these work well. Radio excellent. Bluetooth great. Folding mirrors when locking car is great. Cruise control shold be controlled by voice. Lane control decent. Sonar great. Breaking great. Gas mileage with my lead foot is decent 37 mpg. Trunk, is decent for two people. Rear hatch opening options are great , dash, fob, and hatch door button option, close or close and lock, foot opening option, key fob lock option. Like the gas fill option on the right. Electric seats should be standard on both front seats. Love the voice phone calling. My car does not have maps miss maps. Subaru had my maps. Like the venza for the ability to exit car without having to swing and push up. It just swing my feet and step out. Great for seniors. Since I will be 82 this year I like this ability. No fog lights. All cars in California need it.

From new 163,000 km great running economical maintenance as well. One major glitch leaking sunroof. Entire unite had to be removed poor waterproofing materials used. $600 to repair. Don’t use sunroof that’s the only downside to car

Very pleasant and helpful. Curtious , patient, and a place I’d like to do business at, if I could travel to the Minneapolis area. Unfortunately it didn’t work out. I was able to purchase locally. 150 miles closer. Would consider purchasing in the future. Thank you!

5 months and about 4,500 miles on the car so far. Decent gas mileage from 35 to 41 mpg. The 41 numbers came when it was new and summertime. Haven't gotten over 38 in the winter. Comfortable inside. I would like to have more knobs and buttons and less touch screen. Software is occasionally glitchy on the touchscreen. I wish the car would go more than 3 or 4 blocks in electric mode. I would prefer a hybrid that goes 20 miles or so on electric power but the Venza is okay. If you go more than about 15 mph, the EV mode turns off. Plenty of headroom inside but I have to duck down a lot to get into the driver's seat and I am a short person. So far the mpg are the same no matter if I drive 55 or 70. That's unusual in my experience.

Darin was fantastic, one of the best we’ve ever had. Welcoming, friendly and so patient with us, especially explaining car details and lease agreements, sometimes more than once. He let us take the time we needed, didn’t rush us at all. Great job of training us up on the Camry 2025, especially how a hybrid (our first) works. Made sure the Toyota App was functioning properly before we left the dealership (it wasn’t at first), and took the car to the shop to clean a couple of spots on the backseat. He made the experience much less stressful than anticipated. Darin is a great Toyota rep and IGH a great dealership. We are huge fans and longtime customers as a result.

I have been driving this Venza for approximately seven month and have no negative comments. It is a beautiful design that does everything Toyota says it is capable of. My overall fuel mileage is significantly better than rated at overall mileage at 46.5 mpg.

The car has fives luxury features. It has a Lexus body shape. Smooth ride and a ton of safety. The model has been missed handle by Toyota, making it an instant classic

* Now that I have my 2022 Venza Limited w/ Advanced Tech Package & Star Gaze Roof, I like both options very much!!! As a previous premium mid-size SUV owner, changed to new Venza Limited because of established hybrid reliability, excellent ride quality, silky smooth drivetrain/hybrid system, & outstanding features/options. * Took brief while to adjust to Limited's capacitive touch media system controls, but afterwards proved to be very responsive and convenient, especially with use of steering column controls. Also, I use the Bluetooth connection to play my YouTube Music libraries/artists. I found I like the multimedia Home command with its 3 default windows, which are customizable. * After getting use to entering/exiting front passenger side, passenger seat's comfort is well above average 😃.

Stopped in to service to get air added to my tires so the warning light would shut off and Kou (I think that was his name) was very helpful and excellent customer service.
