I went to get a new car and drove out the same day amazing never thought that would happen peter was so nice and helpful he took care of everything explained everything to me step bye step I was so happy the first car he showed me was so perfect for me could not ask for anything better I would tell everyone to go there good prices friendly I am a satisfied customer :)
I'm in my mid 50's and have bought new and used vehicles to many to count. I can honestly say Christmas Motors was the best experience I have ever had. Peter Christmas was great. I had problems with my used car shortly after driving it home. I called Peter and he told me to get it fixed and send him the bill. I had a check in the mail shortly after sending him the repair invoice. There are not enough Peter Christmas's in this world.

Me and my fiance and his mother went last week to look at the cars and we found the perfect car for my family they worked out a deal with us and we bought it on the spot. Its still working great and we still absolutely love it. We are going on a family trip to up north to look at the colors of the trees this weekend. I had to give my grandparents a ride to Greenleaf to sign paperwork for a car they were purchasing last year and was immediately impressed by the laid staff. Everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly while not being fake and "car salesman"-ish.
They're like a family there and make you feel like you're a part of it.

I was in an accident last month and my car was total loss. I immediately called Abe at Greenleaf. Abe and Louie were very helpful and got me in a great car, no problem. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I drove down from Vermont to purchase a 2015 VW Beetle. The car was in showroom condition, Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The sales process was handled quickly and I was soon headed back to Vermont. Great price!
No comparison to going into a new car dealership. I will return for my next car.

I spent weeks trying to find a newer car with a great price. I found this place and they had just what I was looking for. My fiancé and I showed up and looked around the lot. The salesmen Arthur and Jonathan were patient and answered every question we had. It felt like we were friends for years. The buying process was a breeze and we are completely satisfied. Definitely will be going here again and telling everyone we know about Hertz Car Sales in Lynn!
I purchased a Kia Sedona which was priced well below the dealers I looked at for similar miles and exact same features and color.
Barry was my sales rep and was very helpful, knowledgeable and seemed to just want to make me happy and not sell me like some of the dealerships do.
I was happy to not get the runaround on financing. I went in with pre-approval from my credit union and Hertz did better on the interest rate than my credit union which is excellent. None of the typical "what do you want to pay per month" then you end up with a higher interest rate and longer term. None of that.
I looked at the Kia on a Thursday night, did the paperwork (they stayed after closing to get it done - most dealers will use the closing deadline to pressure you into a deal that is not right for you) and then picked up the just cleaned and gassed up van on Friday afternoon.
I will go back to them for future purchases without hesitation. The prices are right and they don't use high pressure sales tactics.
Purchased New Forester. Purchased first forester here 2003, Impreza 2012. Always courteous and went beyond expectations, from Cooperstein in sales and Paul in service in 2003 to Yvonne in service and Kim and Scott in sales in 2018.
I purchased a car in cash from this dealership on a Thursday. Buying process was quick and painless and the car was a good deal. Sales rep Jonathan was helpful. My only issues with the transaction was the time it took to receive the car. There was a scratch on the hood they were paying to fix. I was told the car would be ready in 3-5 days. On Monday I called the insurance company to let them know the dealership will be handling the new plates, and ended the day with two cars on my insurance (old and new one I didn't have yet). Every day that week after Monday I was told the car would be ready the next day. I work an overnight shift and it's tough to schedule times for these sorts of things. I need to plan my days for errands during normal daylight hours. I also needed to make sure a family member or a friend is available to drive me 45 minutes to the dealership each day they said it was going to be ready. Eventually Friday hits and the body shop is closed, they still have the finished car, and they will be closed both days over the weekend. So now I have payed a week of insurance for a Car I don't have, I have cleared my schedule and inconvenienced family/friends for nearly a week of wait it may be done tomorrow.
We may have worked out a way to get the car over the weekend with a new key needing to be made. It's unfortunate that it had to come to this though. I only took a star off the overall rating for this miscommunication but if it takes any longer to receive the car I will being taking more stars off. I would also recommend anyone in a hurry to get their new car be very upfront about that need when buying the car.
