I???ve always had great service, I feel like as a woman I can trust the service department to not try to sell me service that I don???t necessarily need. I???ve been going back to sunny king Honda for years and will continue as long as I get great service. Linda has always been my go to person if I have a problem with my Honda and can usually tell me what the problem is and to bring it in to get checked. I???ve called her several times over the years

I would describe our recent purchase at Nick Nicholas Ford to be a pleasant experience. Our salesperson, Rex Adair, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Making this experience more pleasant, was the fact there was no feeling of pressure involved.
Throughout the whole week kevin was exceptional in not only his customer service but his knowledge of the product. I had multiple quotes from other dealerships but kevin was understanding and accommodating for any need that i had.
My experience here was amazing! I was initially going to buy a Nissan Rogue on Mayfield Rd but when I came to New Line to compare I was blown away. From the second I walked in everybody was incredible! Dave, the salesman I worked with, was AMAZING. He was friendly, passionate, and worked with me to give me the best deal possible on a new car. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Ask for Dave if you come here! You won’t regret it. The other finance manager I worked with, Brian was equally as amazing and was very helpful!.
Joe, Henry and Fran went out of their way to make everything perfect!! I have to start off by saying this was a journey I’ll never forget!! It started in Florida where I’m from and I was originally going to buy a car in Atlanta. However, the car in Atlanta was not the car promised to me over the phone even through pictures and videos. I was so upset because I sacrificed leaving my family for this car. I immediately picked up the phone and called Ridesmart Auto which was my plan B. Joe answers the phone and I begin to tell him what my current situation was and how upset I was, he first called me down and when I was able to get back in a normal state of mind we began talking about the car he had in stock that I was interested in but I was very cautious because of what I just had gone through. He reassured me that the car was exactly what he was describing and for some reason I trusted him and I believed in him just by the nature of his voice. The only obstacle now was, I was in Atlanta and Joes car was in Pennsylvania. I took a deep breath and I told him I’m on my way!!! I saddled up and 15 hrs later during my road trip there I get a phone call from my wife that my 1 yr old broke out in hives. Now what???? I picked up the phone called Joe as I’m driving trying to come up with a plan because the original plan was to trade my current car in for the ne VW and drive it 24 hrs bank to Florida the next morning after we did all the paperwork. It couldn’t be so perfect right? At this point I called Jet Blue and a buddy of mine got me a buddy pass for the next morning to fly out of Philadelphia at 9 am. Brilliantly Joe offered to send his employee Fran (which is an awesome man) to meet me when I arrived at midnight at the airport with all the paper work in which he did and worked out perfectly!!! I couldn’t thank them enough and none of this would have came close to happening if Ridesmart auto was as flexible and reliable as they were. I arrived home and finalized everything with Henry in their finance department and my VW golf TDI which is even nicer than they described in my opinion was shipped to me and I’m now enjoying it more than ever!!! I highly recommend this team and dealership and consider them fronded for life at this point. Job well done guys ;-)
I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. From the buying experience to service, the team and Len Lyall has always made the buying part fun and by providing great service at a great value, the service end is painless as well. I would not think of buying a vehicle anywhere else....but Len Lyall. Their tag line is true, drive East and pay the least, and I have friends who come from several other states to also buy from Len Lyall. Dan Johnson, the GM knows how to take care of the customer.
Great selection of inventory, knowledgeable and polite salespeople (especially Dom and Jon) and a beautiful facility gave Crowley VW the edge on a day where I had already seen 2 other dealerships. This is the third car my family has purchased from the Crowley group but the first from VW. This team has set the bar way above their competition.
Excellent deal on Toyota hybrid - more competitive than other nearby dealers with similar makes and models. Friendly, personable, efficient staff. We drive off the lot a few hours after buying the car.
