I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This dealership does what most marketers out there do so I was not very surprised. However, I felt uncomfortable, pressured and dominated by the sales team. In trying to inquire and gather relevant information pertaining to my purchase, the sales team expressed a feeling of time lost on their end; ???which means I was wasting their time and I needed to seal the deal ASAP???. I felt like I needed a day to make up my mind, but they got very angry at me and one of them spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone of voice, but I kept my cool. They also asked that I make a deposit if I needed to come the next day. I didn???t like the fact that I had to deposit any money on my first visit but I cooperated anyway because they had already projected guilt on me. If I were to rewind time, I wouldn???t visit this particular dealership. The good thing is they worked with me to fit my budget and they were able to accommodate some of my financial request. And oh, they gave me a slice of pizza too! Overall I would say this dealership is competent with paperwork and efficiency in their office work flow, but they need a lot of improvement in the way they speak to their clients.
I walked in with no appointment and was taken immediately and treated with respect and consideration. the waiting area is very pleasant and i hasd my car back in an acceptable amount of time. I'd recommend them to all.
My first experience leasing a new vehicle was excellent. Isreal???s experience and professionalisms helped easy my doubts but also helped me understand the best steps to go forward. He explained what would work better for me. Overall excellent experience.

The most important part was that I came prepared. As long as you have your documents, your honesty, and some patience, this is easy as pie. I didn???t go in really expecting anything to happen. I already knew I was going to have to explain a few things about my credit. Tyrone is a guy with a master plan. I went in at 12:30 and gave him everything he asked for. I was just going in to understand where I needed to be. Without question, Tyrone accomplished where I wanted to be. I didn???t have too many specifics which left a lot of options open for me. I???m not hard to please. What he presented was more than I could ask for. By 4PM I was out the door with a later model putting nothing down. 429 a month for this gorgeous 2014 Camry SE in Metallic Magnetic Gray! It was surreal when I left with my new car. I was in shock. This could be because this is actually my first car. The place was beautiful. The employees were nice and friendly. I had nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who wanted to purchase their first car. Thank you again, Tyrone!
Israel Cabrera was my sales man when i went to East Coast Toyota, he was very nice and friendly. He explained everything that needed to be explained, showed us the cars we wanted to see, but best of all he was very helpful and respectful. If you ever go to this dealer i would recommend you asking for Israel Cabrera.
