Since moving to Indianapolis several years ago my wife and I have purchased two vehicles from a Toyota dealership in Indy. We thought we had a good relationship with this group and were looking to purchase a used Prius. Unfortunately the one we were looking at sold. So then I looked at Cars.com and truecar.com and didn't see anything. So I went to the dealership that had sold the used vehicle to look at a new Prius. Test drove the car and liked what I drove. Had a conversation with my sales consultant and decided to have a 2018 Prius and 2018 Rav4 quote from the finance team to see if I could actually purchase two new cars for my wife and I. When I left the dealership something I filled out at one of the previous mentioned websites must have triggered some local dealerships to call me. One of those sales consultants was John Goodpaster. I explained to John about wanting a new Prius and Rav4. He looked into it and said he would give me the best price on the vehicles he could. John was able to beat the old dealership I was looking at by more than $75 and no money down! (Other dealership wanted me to bring $1000 to the table). Marc Brown also took some time to make us feel welcomed and Heather Warthen was very funny and made my family feel relaxed while we went over the finances.
